    I just had my first visit to Lowe Toyota, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Shay greeted me with a warm smile and was incredibly friendly. She took the time to walk me through how the service department operates and made sure I knew exactly what I needed to do. Thanks to her help, I got signed up for some fantastic options to keep my truck running at its best. I really appreciated her support

    Took my vehicle in on Wednesday November 12 for a 9 am appointment for a routine 20K service. Arrived about 5 minutes early. The two vehicles already in the check in lane were already checked in and it took around 10 minutes before I was checked in. With an appointment I was there until 1115. 2 hours and 20 minutes from arrival to departure for a 20-30 minute service…. Not at all what I have come to expect from Lowe.

    I was "baited and switched". I was not even trying to buy a brand new car. They let me keep the(older model) car for two days. And when I bought the car back expecting to do the paperwork for this car, was told I didn't quality for the older car but may be able to get a new car. Didn't make sense but I was young and needed a car. I was told that a needed a co-signer so my dad agreed to be my co-signer. I was still told that I didn't qualify for the new car, and the car that i actually wanted was taken off the table completely and I left empty handed. I ended up buying the same older car from a local lot. Lesson learned.

    Our experience was wonderful! Vincent Ross was so great in helping us look at the different vehicles and making sure we got what we wanted even if he needed to order it. So nice, patient and professional. It had been 16 years since buying a new car. Although, we could have gotten almost any make and model we wanted, a Toyota was the only one I wanted! My current car was a highlander bought brand new in 2009 and was the best and most dependable car. We are still keeping that one too. It's like family, lol. Lowe Toyota thank you for my beautiful new Grand Highlander. I know i will love it just as much. Ask for Vincent when you go too.

    Whenever I need to go to Toyota I ask for Gina Von Wormer in the service department. She will let me know if a part for my vehicle is expected and when service should be completed. She will also call you if the part didn't arrive and when they expect it. During the remodel Gina wasn't there and the lady who was doing my vehicle left me at the main building in 100 °, high humidity weather with no other way to get back to the makeshift trailer to pick up my vehicle without walking. I have a heart condition and she left without giving me any information about my cars status and I was panicking trying to get my car due to having difficulty breathing in the heat. It would've been extremely painful to walk in the heat and humidity to go get my car. Luckily one of the Toyota drivers told me he would take me back. Who leaves customers stranded? Not Gina she is wonderful to customers and trays you like you matter. Toyota is lucky to have Gina she is professional, courteous, conscientious and a great member of the Toyota team. I won't service my car unless I know she is working.
