Even with a misquote with pricing it was quickly handled and I can definitely appreciate a business that keeps customers satisfaction at the forefront of what they do.     Many thanks to Steven Gore and the staff at Lowe Toyota for a great (and easy) car buying experience. I drove 90 miles south to see a car that was found online and found it ready for me on my arrival. We test drove it and then sat down to work the numbers. We could not agree on a bottom line (at that time) and I left. I let a few days go by and called later and agreed to terms over the phone. It's been 4 weeks since buying the car and I couldn't be happier with the experience.

    My 2011 Toyota Avalon was in need of the 120,000 mile Spark Plug replacement. My appointment with Service Advisor, Chance, was at 8:00AM. My vehicle was taken to service promptly at 8:00 and you can view progress in the text message provided. The service was prompt and thoroughly explained. I have been having my car Serviced at Lowe Toyota, since moving to the area. I am confident in the service provided, and am grateful for service advisor, Chance, to guide me through the process. I expect many more years with the Avalon, especially with great service from Lowe Toyota.

    First time receiving service at Lowe's Toyota. Horrible experience. I have had a Toyota since 2002. This is the first time I had to wait almost four hours for a service that I was told would not go over two. No one checked on me or informed me of the status of my vehicle. I had to hunt down the information. My rep went to lunch during this time, no information before they left. When I finally received my car something was wasted on my passenger side floor that had my car smelling funny. When I arrived home the recall that was fixed, had my review camera blacking out ( which it didn't before the fix). On top of all that I didn't receive a call back when I phoned to report problem. It's one thing to say I apologize but actions tell if you mean it.

    Came in from out of state (not Georgia plates/tags) for routine service. Upon drop off, noticed my tire had a nail that made it unsafe to drive long distances. Figured my tire would have been replaced with the Toyota warranty I purchased upon sale. During the 4 hours my car was in the service bay, when I picked up my vehicle was told one was ordered instead. Communication should have occurred as soon as it was known the tire was not available. With now limited time (business hours before a 1,000+ mile drive), had to buy a tire out of pocket at a different retailer. Although I appreciate the time spent for putting in the claim, it would have saved time for everyone to ask if I would be available for installation or checked if another Toyota had it in stock.
