  We were shopping around for a new car, and first dealership we went to was terrible, we weren’t greeted until 20 minutes after we got there, and they wanted to give me a shady deal and I couldn’t even test drive the car they showed me. When we got to Lowe Toyota we were greeted by Juli less than 5 minutes after we got there. She showed us a Toyota Camry, and after being able to test drive it and seeing the all the features I fell in love with the car it drives so smooth and the color is beautiful. Juli’s customer service was world class she was courteous and patient throughout the entire process. She answered all of our questions thoroughly and she made the experience seamless. 10/10 I would definitely recommend Lowe Toyota to anybody looking to buy a car.

  Your Master Mind letter really works!!!!! When my lease was up on my 2024 Grand Highlander, my husband and I were looking at just purchasing it. The 2026 reviews didn't show many updates and I'm very picky about my vehicle. I was afraid to turn it in and getting a new lease on a vehicle that I was just settling for. I am on cloud nine right now!!!! It all started with me reading the amazing offer on Amanda Gatto's Master Mind letter. I immediately contacted Lowe Toyota about the offer. I didn't believe they could do what was on the letter. Huge shoutout to Steven Gore and Mike Gatto for helping me find the perfect Grand Highlander Limited Max! They went above and beyond, making sure they found the exact vehicle to replace the one I already thought was perfect. They found one at another dealership and had it at Lowe Toyota the same day. Mike Gatto and Kevin Parker ensured I got the deal that was posted on Amanda's letter. Everybody I know dislikes having to deal with the hassle of purchasing a new vehicle. Since we started leasing vehicles from Lowe Toyota in 2019, we have ALWAYS had an amazing experience! However this one tops them all! We currently have three vehicles leased through Lowe Toyota. It's all due to the no hassles and fantastic service we receive. Their expertise and pleasing attitude is a refreshing blessing. They take the time to listen to what you want and get you the vehicle you want. They don't try to put you in a vehicle you're not happy with. They answer all your questions without any pressure. The entire team is professional, courteous, and ALWAYS makes the purchasing process smooth and efficient. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a stress-free car buying experience! I am beyond ecstatic and so grateful to Amanda for sending out the letter!

  Completely terrible experience, I contacted Vince in interest to trading in 2 of my vehicles for 1 of there vehicles in there pre owned inventory, I proceeded to offer information on the trades with no information to pay off balance as negotiations will go . His answer was “I’ll pass” . Terrible sales man with a terrible attitude. This will not make your dealer any kind of money or return customers . I then contacted Mike the sales manager who had a attitude the entirety of the call , told me to send over the info of the trades and if “we agree on something” he’ll get me another sales personal . Just based off of dealing with these 2 people on the phone , Lowe’s has lost my business . I do NOT recommend doing business with them . Trust me when I tell you , the cars aren’t worth the service . I’ll be taking my complaint to the BBB . Be warned , do NOT visit this dealer .
