- AGAllie GNov 22, 20251.0I used Jiffy Lube on Watson Boulevard in Warner Robins today. I have been to this Jiffy Lube at least three or four times since I moved to Warner Robins. This is the worst experience I have ever had. In fact I’ve left good reviews before because I really liked the customer service as well as everything else when I would go there to get my oil changed so today it started with a girl by the name of Chrystal, who three or four different times was saying something to someone when there was really no one around because my car and the other car didn’t even have a person in it so I heard her say back up so I did and she screams at me, not you not you this happened at least two more times or maybe more where she was yelling at someone to do something, but had her back turned as she was looking at a computer. I finally said ma’am I can’t hear a word you’re saying, and she came over to the car and said I said whatever she said. This happens several times with different things that she was yelling. I’ve never dealt with someone with such horrible customer service. She then tells me that my coolant reservoir is leaking. Well it was completely empty and it doesn’t leak. It needed coolant. I know that they’re supposed to put coolant as it says on this receipt I have into my coolant reservoir where they did not do that. they also did not put fluid my windshield wiper tank.In fact I don’t think they did anything when I called to address it. Tiffany was very nice and said well oh if you could come back up here, we can fix it for you, but we don’t top off fluids. We just topped off the washer fluid. How funny is that they didn’t touch it. There’s no washer fluid in there and it doesn’t have a leak either. I want to make all of this Known to anyone that uses Jiffy Lube at least the one on Watson that I don’t know what happened between last year and this year but it was absolutely horrible. I almost drove off but I needed my oil changed. I also was overcharged. The total was $155.last time I went I believe I paid 109 or 119. I’m really disgusted by the entire experience so basically I honestly, don’t think they even changed my oil.I really don’t believe that I did because everything on this receipt was not done everything that’s listed that says the person‘s name who was supposed to top off the fluid it says done. OK level OK there’s not a whole lot more that I need to say except for that place should be shut down.
