After a mix-up at the dealership regarding an appointment to fix the car Carmax sent me to Express Oil. I needed a part from the manufacturer for the car and the manufacturer sent the wrong part the first time. I will say the car is fixed, parts replaced and the staff at Express Oil were all very professional and helpful in resolving my issue with the car. Thank you MIKE for your help, and helping me get my car fixed!!!

I just bought a used truck brought it in to have the brakes adjusted and was immediately questioned on Why I did anything to the brakes and I needed to quit assuming what was wrong instead pay some $75 dollar diagnostic fee and then have them then do whatever. Like I said I just bought the truck and was treated like i was incompetent and had messed the vehicle up. Do not recommend will not go back.
