  Aye this guy does his job but won’t answer the phone. Picks it up and puts it back on hold. Poor attitude, and poor service. Got a bmw just now and it’s falling apart. Wanted to let them know about it asap but like I said won’t do his job. Probably trying to pocket those deposits

  I initially dealt with a young man by the name of Darrion and he was very kind. The store manager Larry went above and beyond and got me into a really nice car after my car was wrecked. I can't say enough about these 2 gentleman. We need more kind people like these guys. I was really having a bad day and they made it better. Thanks again Larry and Darrion 🙏🏾

  Brandon Moore was very helpful in trying to get the right minivan for our trip after the car we wanted was recalled. He was patient with us as we tried to see if Odyssey would work and even gave a possible solution if it didn't. We made it work but sure appreciated his time, concern and patience at the end of his work day!!!!!!!

  Yall seriously screwed me yesterday and lost a customer for life and I thought I left feeling accomplished that we "corrected" all the issues.. so here we go.. I wanted to rent a Jeep to drive to MI for 8 days for $746... I made it up there no issues after 2 days i went to drive it and the entire electrical system goes out. So I called road side service and asked if I could get it jump started and take it somewhere to swap out. They said yes. So I called the place closest to me (30 minutes away) and they said they didnt have anything to swap with. Well the thing wouldnt even jump or charge. Called road side again and they sent me a tow truck 2 HOURS away in one direction (there was a towing companying literally just 4 blocks away from me) . They also tried to send me to the location that said they didnt have anything. I told them this and they sent me to a place 1 hour away from me and when I asked if they could make sure they actually have anything to swap out they told me "oh no I can't do that you have to do the leg work on that"... end up being changed to a Nissan Rogue after losing an entire day of my trip..this one was special. 1. Smelled like smoke 2. Needed a full complete service (dash lights on over due oil change like every other stupid vehicles ive ever rented) 3. Shakes really bad while idling 4. Needed brakes or a wheel bearings 5. Seat belt alarm kept going off and even brake checked me going down I75 in Atlanta .. the list goes on... so I make is all the way back down there to GA and I tell the guy everything and he says "well how do we correct this" I said "im fully understanding and willing to pay but im not paying the full $746" he took 2 days off bringing my total to $580 I said ok ... but then I got home and THIS is where I got screwed!!! I go look up how much it was to rent a Rogue from this location for 8 days and its nearly half the price of the jeep.. I STILL GOT CHARGED THE JEEP RATES!!!! 😡🤬 THE ROGUE WAS ONLY $394 FOR 8 DAYS OF RENTING!!!! Soo yall be careful on that one.. lesson learned yall are shady and I will NOT being using any enterprise pieces of crap ever again!
