Not only was I pleased with his customer service on the phone but his attention to detail was outstanding! I went there when I got off work and he was still working and he helped me out. Not only did he sell me my battery, but he also installed it in my car. I was so impressed with the amazing customer service and if you need any auto parts PLEASE GO SEE TRAMELL!!! He will take care of you with a smile on his face! Thank you so much Tramell and never stop being the person that you are!!! If I could give him a million stars, I would!
