- BWBennie Wright6 days ago5.0My 2018 SUV put me down with a bad battery on this cold "rainy night in GA." I got a jump off and made it to Auto Zone at S. Houston Lake Road in Warner Robins, GA. Opie, the service attendant, and Lexi, the store manager received me with warm professional courtesy. She invited me to stay inside the warm store (I was cold and shivering) while Opie diagnosed and replaced my bad battery with a new Duralast 4yr warranty battery. This is the same professional courtesy they showed about 5yrs ago when my wife came there for car parts and service. They will be my first choice for auto repair parts going forward. Highly recommended!

It's like being greeted at Chick Fil A, lol!! I love his energy and assistance putting that dang low beam headlight in for the 20th time! Kindness and professionalism means a lot!!
