Today, my brakes failed while I had my two children in the car, which was a frightening experience. I pulled into AutoZone and explained my situation to Opie and Brandi. They were both extremely professional, compassionate, and helpful. After purchasing brake pads, I walked back to my car, unsure of what to do next. Brandi came outside, assessed the situation, and said, “I can’t let you leave like this, you have no brake pads.” She immediately contacted her mechanic friend, Chris, who arrived promptly to assist. I am sincerely grateful for Opie, Brandi, and Chris. Their kindness, quick action, and willingness to help ensured my children and I made it home safely. Their exceptional customer service and genuine care truly reflect the best of AutoZone. I highly recommend this location to anyone in need of quality service and compassionate assistance.

We realized that we needed are oil change so we stopped at (take 5 oil change) as the employees there worked above and beyond. (5 star review). Afterwards, it still felt off as we were still experiencing a weird feeling and stuttering of the vehicle. We then stopped over at AutoZone where we met Opie and his manager Jeff. I must say that this is an above and beyond 5 star rating. This would be a 20 star rating if I could honestly rate the experience. 1st. They walked us through the whole process from interpretation of codes, to changing out a faulty battery and preventing us any future hardships and remained by our side the whole time. Not only did they take care of us with our vehicle, but they also took care of our autistic twins by giving them lollipops and keeping them calm throughout this process. I would highly recommend their establishment to anyone of how well of a great job they have done. If you are ever in the area and having the slightest of car problems, stop in and ask for Jeff and Opie!! 💜💜🖤🖤💜💜
