Even when lodging a complaint while Jacqueline the Manager was present she requested from me a reason of the concern. I advised that Pablo asked questions that I could not answer but I presented the documents to look up the VIN. He continued & refused to read the document that were presented. He became angry and combative simply because I would not read the document that I presented that included the VIN, make & model of the vehicle for purchase of a car battery. I am only making this complaint to make any African American person aware that you will need to be prepared for unprofessionalism and service of none of you enter the store.
