  I hate to say it. But some of the Women who work here are very unprofessional. Cursing up a storm without a care in the word. Putting on the wrong Blades despite giving her specific instructions on which ones I need and still got it wrong. Put the wrong sized Blade on the passenger side to boot, took forever to take them off and damn near destroyed my windshield wipers in the process. Maybe she was having a bad day, but quite frankly, as a paying customer I don't care. With all those red flags, I didnt want to proceed any further. The moment they went inside to get the right blades I took my unfinished windshield wiperless car and went to Auto Zone just right up the street instead. The women here actually KNOW what they're doing and knowledgeable of what they're selling. Got what I needed in less than HALF the time it took those Advance Auto Parts folks to put on my windshield wipers. Long story short. At first I didnt care and would swap back and forth between Auto Zone and Advance Auto Parts any time I came across one. Due to this experience today, I plan to EXCLUSIVELY deal with Auto Zone for ALL my business moving forward. 1 Star.

  I want to give Ben a shoutout! He was incredibly helpful to me and my dad when we were having trouble with my car’s AC. He took the time to help us add refrigerant and made sure the PSI was where it needed to be. He mentioned he’s about to earn his automotive degree, and he definitely showed his knowledge and skills firsthand. Thanks to him, my AC is working much better and blowing colder air. Thank you, Ben, for being so kind and knowledgeable—I really appreciate your help! Advance Auto Parts is lucky to have you.

  costumer service sucks but it is 1 guy in there that's awesome dont know his name but he was in there 1/2/2026 that night right before closing and I swear If I asked to help me build a house he would jump right in and help to him I say thank you but the rest seems to hate there job and if so quit
