  I stopped in to get a tire patched today and Brad and Sidney were absolutely amazing. Customer service was some of the best I have had in a while. They got my truck in and out of the bay fast as well. If you need tired or are having tire issues I definitely recommend stopping in and speaking to one of them. They will get you fixed up and on your way.

  Had to get 2 tires replaced, it turned out that the tires I had ordered wouldnt be in until after my appointment time and they called me early to let me know and I was able to quickly get a new time slot in the same day. When I got there later that day the service was quick and I was out of there in an hour! Exceptional service and communication. Thank you!

  Mavis Tire and Brakes continue to impress. Received exceptional customer service during my most recent visit. On a tight schedule, stopped in for service (new tire and rim swap on two of my Porsche Macan tires). Within 5-minutes of my arrival, the vehicle was pulled in, job completed, and on my way within 45-minutes. Superb service! Special thanks to Sydney for getting me in and to Ricky for completing the work…true “customer service ambassadors” for Mavis! Thanks, again Team!

  I had an incredible experience with Mavis Tires & Brakes in Villa Rica, GA. We're a touring band from St. Louis and we had played in Atlanta the night before. We were on our way to Birmingham, Alabama and our tire started to go flat. We limped to this Mavis Tires & Brakes location and asked if they could help us make it to the next show. We were under the gun to make it in time and a bit stressed out. All the staff here was accomodating, knowledgeable and easy to work with. They immediately put us at ease. We were laughing and joking in a minute. It felt like our best friends happened to own a world class shop. We were there for only 20 minutes and they had us back on the road. And, they refused to take any money for helping us out. Who does this anymore? We were blown away with their customer service and their kindness. We are now customers for life. Thank you Mavis Tires & Brakes.

  Bought 4 new tires for our 2022 Toyota GR86 back in July of 25'. The tires are fine, but I just tried to rotate the tires (myself) amd found that they used an impact on my allow wheels, along with cross-threading the lugnut on the front passenger side wheel. The problem is, instead of backing the nut off, they sent the lugnut all the way home and said NOTHING. The lugnuts call for 92-100 ft-lbs of torque, whereas it took 300+ ft-lbs to get this lugnut to touch the wheel. Now my car is immobile in the driveway until my new wheel stud and lugnut arrive from Toyota. I would take the car back and get them to fix it, but I dont trust them to do the job correctly, now. Plus, I'm not paying for their screw-up anymore than I have to. THEY KNOW WHEN A LUGNUT IS CROSS-THREADED, yet they sent it out anyways. It took my ½" battery-powered impact 30 seconds to remove the ruined lugnut from the stud, which i shouldn't have had to use in the first place . Thanks mavis, now I get to fix the car because I can't trust you now, considering the fact you wouldn't own up to it when you did it. Update: upon repairing the first broken wheel stud, I found ANOTHER one, which I had to snap off the stud in order to remove the wheel. I've rotated the tires on this car since it was new. This is the first time it's ever had an issue with wheel studs and lugnuts. Good thing I ordered 2 of each!
