Rude employees and they allow truck drivers to insanely park in the lot. Quite ridiculous and I’m contacting the local fire department as it can’t at all be safe

All I did was ask for a shower, because I come in there all the time. The front desk person had issues with ringing it up. I want to say her name was niecy I just asked was she new. She proceeded with disrespect and saying rude customers. I hope someone from headquarters see this. Today date is 2/15/2026 time now is 10:56 I’ll be following up on this 1st thing tomorrow morning from pilot hq. Please stop hiring no customer service individuals

- PCPilot CareerJan 16, 20261.0The store manager who's name is Emily was so rude, she was not only rude she felt that it was okay to stand there and air out the stores gossip while the customers were waiting in line. They were short staffed and the store was a mess but instead of doing what was necessary she made it clear to the other employees that she makes the schedule so if they want there hours don’t make her “the boss” mad. I was so confused about why she would do that and act that way in front of a line of customers, i will say you never want her as your boss and don’t shop at that location unless you want to go back to middle school
