I purchased four new tires for my truck at a cost of over $1200. My problem was the complete lack of respect, professionalism, and courtesy from the man behind the counter when I walked in. He never smiled and never said, “Can I help you?” His initial communication was dismissive and disrespectful. He did not explain anything, did not review the order in the computer. Frankly he acted like he was angry about something and taking it out on me. I served 30 years in the military and did combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. I will not put up with disrespectful, condescending attitude. So I guess I’ll go back to Discount Tire for my future tire needs.
