Overall if your not busy and want to spend almost 2hrs at this place even with a scheduled appointment this is the place for you. Front counter girl also was not the most welcoming- most of the time she seemed like she didn't even want to be there and her attitude reflected that. 3 stars because I eventually got my tires replaced and didn't have to wait 3hrs for it.

There was a nail in my tire. I pumped out my tire drove it to Mavis and dropped it off before they even opened. I called back and told him I had a nail in my tire. They took care of the nail for me were super kind and didn’t even charge me a penny! They will definitely be getting my future business. Thank you to Mavis tire and Jeff!
