  Came in during my lunch break to get a tire patched, expecting to drop it off and come back, but they were able to fix it while I waited. Fast, professional, and friendly work. I'll definitely be returning when I need tires.

  Good place for basic tire services and rotations, but I would not recommend them for more complex work. I brought my vehicle to the Mirror Lake location three separate times for an alignment, and it was never done correctly. Unfortunately, their improper alignment caused additional issues with my vehicle. I reached out to the store manager to resolve the matter and initially believed we had reached an agreement. However, after my dealership identified further problems resulting from their negligence, the manager referred me to corporate instead of addressing the issue directly. I’m very disappointed in how this situation was handled. I was simply seeking reimbursement for the damage caused by their improper service. Please be cautious and review other customer experiences before deciding to have your vehicle serviced here.

  I caught the people at the Mavis villa Rica store cut my tire in order to sell me new tire..saw them with my on eyes. Lawsuit in the works...Be ware of Jeff,Ed and the girl at the counter!..Message me for details!..These are some shady operators...Beware! Watch them closely . I would bet some of yall bought service/tires you didn't need!. Ladies,especially be careful and watch them closely!! Once again,feel free to message me for details.Discount tires are awesome in Dville..this was first time using Mavis for a simple tire plug and turned into nightmare.

  Went in for a full brake job on my Toyota 4 Runner. $700 was I felt an exorbitant price but I guess you pay for convenience of a place that is actually open on the weekend which is the only time most people who work for a living can find the time. A few weeks later I’m riding down the road and my brakes don’t feel like they are working. I pull into the nearest Auto Zone and the guy checks it there is brake fluid everywhere and after inspection he finds there is a bolt missing on the brake line and brake fluid was leaking out. This could have been disastrous but thank God I didn’t wreak. This is a huge oversight and needless to say I don’t recommend the Mavis Location and wouldn’t trust them to do anything to my vehicle ever again. I’m going by there to see what they have to say. I’ll post an update. The guy who fixed this for me took a picture where the bolt was left off.
