I called beacuse I thougth I left something in one of the cars and I was on hold on phone for 37 minutes and 45 sec and didn't receive a call back after I explained what I was looking for. The manager Ashely actually picked up the phone but even if the item wasn't in the car I'm suprised she didn't call back and let me know it wasn't in there. I received bad customer sevice before then and I would warn to stay away from that Enterprise business. They did try to add the amount my insurance covered for my vehical to my rental but after I questioned it, it was taken off.
- RRrickwins66Oct 20, 20252.0We were able to request and get a vehicle the same day we needed it, however, the agent that walked around to check the vehicle had an attitude and was rather unpleasant to deal with. We then went inside to speak with the manager regarding a scare tactic they used to try to force us to get insurance stating if the vehicle is in an accident, regardless of fault, we have to pay their loss of rental income. When asking why they never mentioned this during previous rentals, the manager put on an annoying happy face and spoke in an irritating happy voice treating us like children and making smart remarks like "I can't explain why you were not told of this policy before because I did not write up your previous contract". While I am not arguing that Enterprise can seek "loss of use", and if an accident is not our fault we would need to go to the at-fault party for reimbursement of "loss of use", I think the manager and agent we dealt with were acting inappropriately in how they handled our concern and the overall transaction. I used to go to this Enterprise for all our rental car needs but after dealing with a condensinding manager and grumpy agent, I think we will take our business elsewhere in the future.
