    Excellent customer service. I had vowed to never use the Villa Rica location again, because a young lady was very rude to me. I was informed that she no longer works there, so I gave them another try. The gentleman who helped me was very nice and polite. He was also very thorough. He restored my faith in the company.

    These people are shady as heck. When I got my rental the lady claimed their systems was down so she literally wrote down everyone’s card number, cvv and exp date on a white piece of paper the entire time I was there. I did not feel comfortable at all with this but I needed my card and obviously did know this would happen when I went to pick the car up. Lo and behold it’s December and my credit card has a random charge of $381. I still have my card so I’m almost positive it was these people. Scammers!! Bank told me they probably sold my card number online

    Horrible both time I have rented from them twice now and will not come back. The first time was on July for an out of state business trip I rented 5+ weeks in advance for pick up at 10 so we could load our stuff and get on the road. Got to location to find they didn't have a vehicle for me. Kept offering a down grade but I couldn't work with smaller. Didn't get a vehicle untill 5pm I lost over $200 in fees due to not making it to my set up at our event. Again a second rental I booked for Thanksgiving weekend with 3 week advancement it was for a "you pick" and once again we had to leave late due you guessed it no car available had to wait for them to clean a car and get it ready. If you value your time and plans don't use this location.
