When you walk into this place, they immediately are there to help you in any way than can. I made a return there the other day, and for some reason the return didn’t process. The manager called me personally to tell me that there was an error in the return processing and that if I could stop back by they would take care of it. Great group of people here

For the past 8 years my car takes the Castrol Euro Formula 0w-40, which is a bit hard to find and has only been available in 1Qt size. My previous AA always gave me the 5Qt+Filter sales prices, but they always had to manually mark it down at the register. I came in, and tried to explain this to the staff, was told to grab the oil and they'd try it, but after 30 wasted minutes in the store, they would only say "Well if the computer doesn't do it automatically, tough luck". I had to ask for the manager to call me, he didn't, but I called him the next day, and he politely told me that he had no interest in doing anything for me. Honestly, I was pretty upset because I've been using the same oil in the car for 8 years and didn't want to switch and wasn't sure I'd find it anywhere else. Well, I was able to go to AutoZone, just down the street, and not only did they have the 0w-40, they rang me up at the sale price with out having to beg, plead and/or call the manager. Very disappointed with Advanced, I've shopped there for so long. Photo from AutoZone's Ad, including 5 single quarts, the way it should be! *Edit* Thank you for the response, but unless my specific issue is resolved, I'll be driving pass Advanced for AutoZone every time.
