  Repair Service found an issue with my truck I bought 3 months ago, and told me they would give me a call to have it repaired, and sent me on my way. They've never called.

  2024 Ram 2500 Purchased New From WFCDJR of Vidalia. What steps are people taking when local dealer fails to address the issues you’ve listed with your vehicle? I’ve had the truck at the dealer three different times concerning an abnormal tick, no sound from the drivers side speakers at times, radio goes silent intermittently and charging ports below the radio not working correctly at times along with various other things. -I’ve taken the vehicle there while these things were happening so they could see it in person and told it would be fixed under warranty to make an appointment. I’ve even sent videos of the issues to Dustin in the service department. Take it back and Alston said they can’t get it to do it so nothing was resolved. I get 10 minutes down the road and the same issues occur & document through video and sent to the service department, after just leaving there. No response. Note this is the third visit for these issues and is stated in the service request each time I’ve schedule an appointment. (They now refuse to give me a copy of the previous service request I’ve made so I would have documentation when taking it to another dealer or contacting MOPAR Customer Care) I’ve given them the current TSB 09-004-25 for the abnormal ticking requesting for it to be preformed on my last service appointment & nothing was performed. Then I go to pick it up today and was given a copy of the TSB and told this was their suggestion, yet they still didn’t perform the TSB after having the vehicle there all day. Truck was purchased new several months ago and now has 20k miles on it. I would recommend doing business with a dealer that values their customers just the same after the sale as they do during the sale.

  Most bestest car dealership in North America in the friendliest town in the USA. Woody’s Chrysler dealership in Vidalia, Ga. They fit me into their busy schedule & spent over an hour on my Charger because I thought there was something wrong with it, They told me it’s all good & I would have no issues finishing my trip, They put the car on a hoist & went side to side, stern to bow & when they finished … “No charge” I’m from Toronto a thousand miles from home on my way to Florida to hang with the grandkids & I’m telling u this car dealership embodies integrity, honestly & old school values. We were stunned when Austin told us to get going & have a safe trip. I would buy any car from these guys in a heartbeat I was so impressed. Geez I’d buy a used snowmobile from these guys …. Thank you all & Angel at the Quality Inn for referring us to Woody’s !!!
