I had a tire issue that needed to be adressed when I got to Texas. Collin, and the team in Wharton did an amazing job getting me into another vehicle without delay! Then, upon return to Vidalia, Georgia, I discussed issues with the replacement rife, and Allie and her team made it right again! This trip could have been a nightmare, but both Wharton and Vidalia made being an Enterprise customer a pleasure. THANK YOU ALL Enterprise Members!!!

- JDJerry DonnellNov 16, 20251.0l've done business here several times and never had any issues this time went very different the young lady behind the desk wasn't in a good mood and started out the very brief conversation with there's going to be an extra $300 deposit never came up with the other rentals but we've had this planned for a year booked everything and was not about to let her ruin our family vacation. We hand her our card and she pushes it back saying it has to be a major credit card so we hand her the credit card to put the deposit on and the debit card to do the rental and she tells us it all has to be from the major credit card. We left called the other offices in near by towns but because her office had the vehicle they couldn't help but did tell us that we were supposed to be able to use our debit card or split it if needed.
