    I purchased a 2017 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 from this dealer. After the sale, I discovered documented evidence that the vehicle had previously sustained severe damage, including full airbag deployment. This information was not disclosed to me at any point prior to purchase. I have obtained photographs confirming the vehicle’s prior condition, showing it heavily damaged with airbags deployed. Since taking possession, the vehicle has exhibited ongoing issues, including electrical problems, intermittent no-start conditions, and warning system faults. There are also concerns consistent with possible underlying structural damage. I contacted the dealer, provided documentation, and gave them the opportunity to address the situation. Despite this, I have received no response. The prior damage and airbag deployment are material facts that directly impact the safety, reliability, and value of the vehicle. Had this been disclosed, I would not have proceeded with the purchase. This matter has been escalated to the appropriate consumer protection agencies. Based on my experience, I strongly advise any potential buyer to conduct a thorough independent inspection and fully verify vehicle history before purchasing from this dealer.

    Amazing service! Taje made our experience in purchasing our new truck so pleasant, she allowed us to take our time to look and discuss our thoughts in private, while staying vigilant and being available when we had questions. All the staff we came in contact with were pleasant and made sure we were comfortable. Honestly the fastest and easiest vehicle purchase we’ve ever had. Prices were the best we’ve seen, paired with stellar service - yup, we’ll drive 2 hours again to do business. Thank you for taking such great care of us.

    Richard & Taje were absolutely awesome! These two went above and beyond! My car was in service to find out I needed a new transmission. I was already afraid of it but had high hopes when I dropped it off that it was just fluid levels needed to be higher or something. They turned an awful situation and put me in a 2026 grand Highlander 4 cylinder pearl white it was exactly what I wanted and the $$… A way better deal than I could have even imagined. Thank you Valdosta Toyota!

    Save yourself some time and go to a different dealership. I would give zero stars if I could. Worst car purchasing experience ever. We bought a vehicle, drove it off the lot and 2 miles down the road the check engine lights came on. We turned around immediately and have been dealing with this nightmare for weeks. First, they offered to fix the vehicle and deliver to us. When it was dropped off, we drove it for 10 minutes and the check engine lights came back on. At this point we wanted our money back which they were not willing to do at first. Valdosta Toyota suggested they pick up the vehicle again for repairs. We simply wanted our money back, but in good faith we gave it one last chance. After three days, they now call to say "we will give you your money back", and couldn't/wouldn't tell me what the issues with the vehicle are. Best of luck to potential future buyers; hopefully they don't sell you a lemon.

    Amazing experience!!! I started out looking online and then reached out regarding a vehicle. I was able to get an in person appointment to look at the vehicle. My sales lady Taje was a tremendous help. I walked in thinking I wasn’t going to get anything I wanted but she went above and beyond to get me in a new car! I’ve had it for a month and I love it. I never felt pressured to purchase, which was a huge deal for me! The finance department was so patient and helpful as well! I will recommend Valdosta Toyota to anyone looking to buy a new or used car! Thanks Taje & Valdosta Toyota for a wonderful experience & the perfect car!
