  I rarely leave reviews because I run a business myself and understand that issues can happen. What matters is how they are handled—and this location failed completely, especially when it comes to customer safety and accountability. On the night of April 7th, 2025, while traveling on I-95 to visit my mother who was in intensive care, one of the tires on our Enterprise rental blew out at Exit 22. It was dark, and as a woman, I was placed in an extremely unsafe and vulnerable situation on the side of the highway. We had no immediate roadside support and were forced to change the tire ourselves just to make it to the hospital. The following day (April 8th), we contacted the North Ashley location to request a vehicle exchange. We were told there were no vehicles available. We reached out to another location and received the same response. At that point, we inspected the remaining tires and discovered that the tread on multiple tires was below safe standards. This is not just poor maintenance—this is a serious safety issue. Rental vehicles should never be placed on the road in this condition. This situation could have easily resulted in a catastrophic accident. Let me be clear: this is not a minor inconvenience. This is negligence. For context, I have a corporate account with Enterprise and manage multiple rental vehicles across the Southeast for my business. I regularly work with locations in Crestview, FL and Hilton Head, SC, where service is consistently professional, responsive, and safety-focused. If there is ever an issue, they address it immediately. That level of service is completely absent at this location. This is also not my first issue with the North Ashley location. Previously, I had to escalate a problem all the way to a Regional Vice President just to get resolution. That alone should be a major red flag. When I attempted to contact the manager regarding this incident, I was sent to voicemail and never received a response. Staff are dismissive, unhelpful, and lack basic customer service skills. Calls are disconnected, information is inconsistent, and requests for escalation or regional contact information are ignored. I understand being short-staffed. I understand inventory challenges. What I do not accept—and what no customer should accept—is a complete lack of accountability, empathy, and professionalism, especially when customer safety is at risk. Providing a vehicle with unsafe tires is not just poor service—it is dangerous and unacceptable. At this point, due to the seriousness of the safety concerns and the lack of response from this location, this matter is being escalated to Enterprise corporate and appropriate safety authorities for further review. Based on repeated experiences, I strongly recommend avoiding this branch entirely and working with a different Enterprise location that actually values both customer service and safety.

  I had a great experience renting the 2026 Chevrolet Traverse from Mrs.DaJah From start to finish, she was extremely professional and attentive. She made sure every customer was taken care of with patience and genuine care, which really stood out to me. Her customer service truly sets her apart. Even while handling multiple things at once, she worked gracefully under pressure and still made sure the process was smooth and stress-free for everyone. That level of professionalism is rare these days. The vehicle was clean, reliable, and exactly what I needed. I will definitely be renting from Mrs.DaJah again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great rental experience.
