- DDDavid DavisJan 25, 20261.0If I pay for a wash and it’s not raining I expect to use the vacuum cleaner. I was told there was moisture in the air and they can not turn vacuum on. Then I was told because the water on the ground. There was no water on the ground and no one that I know vacuums the ground. Bemiss and inner perimeter is the worse… I go to the location on Ashley same day and their vacs are running and we were able to use them after we let management know what was going on. Again it was not raining and no water on the ground. I think I know the issue but instead of saying it I’ll just say I went to Bemiss often and seen others come in and they turn on the vac while it is drizzling rain. Will not be back to Bemiss I have cancelled my membership and will possibly find another wash other than whistle. But I would recommend the one on Ashley they are courteous and Bemiss is not unless it’s others….that don’t look like me and my sister

The attendant was rude and didn’t tell us prior to purchasing a car wash that they can’t turn on the vacuums due to “moisture in the air”… then they refused a refund because you don’t “purchase the vacuum use”. Hopefully their manager corrects this, but this issue while small is highly annoying. Why would I need my car washed on a foggy/wet day? I wouldn’t have bought a car wash had I known I couldn’t vacuum out my car.
