Wish I could give 0, they promised me a car that I was supposed to get Saturday, they did all the financing and a hard pull on my credit score and I just had to go in do paperwork and pay my deposit and good to go. Today they tell me someone else is buying the car but they have other stock. That’s absolutely ridiculous because they sold the car THEY PULLED MY CREDIT FOR Joe I have a hard pull and NO CAR!! Then they admitted what they did was wrong without any resolutions. Essentially a “my bad” honestly a bunch of scammers.

I was driving down Thursday to Valdosta from the Atlanta area to attend my Mother's Funeral on Saturday in my 2008 4Runner. Upon arriving at the hotel, I noticed fluid around my back rear wheel.
I thought it make be a brake fluid leak (?), and knew I would probably wouldn't make it back to Atlanta without repair.
Obviously I had a lot going on with funeral arrangements and was quite stressed. I called and spoke to Josh Tuck about 10 minutes prior to their closing time late Thursday and told him my situation. Bottom line is I needed my 4Runner fixed and ready for me no later than Saturday around lunch or so. Josh took the time to listen to me and assured me they would do the best they could if I brought it in first thing Friday morning. Much would depend on part availability and the repairs needed. Right after our conversation ended Josh sent me a text I assume so I would be in their system I assume.
I arrived the next morning at 7:30 am on Friday at their service garage and was greeted by a service rep who promptly took my info and keys. He asked if I needed a shuttle, which I did back to get back to my hotel. About 10 minutes later I was driven back to my hotel and prepared to go to the funeral home to make Mom's arrangements later that morning (family members picked me up).
Later in the day Josh called and gave me a detailed explanation of the issue (rear end leak was the issue, not going to go into the details), said they could get the parts, and gave me the out the door price. He said they could possibly get it done by end of day Friday, if not it would be ready on Saturday.
Saturday morning while I was preparing to go to the funeral service (8:15 am), Josh called me and let me know it was ready. One of the Technicians had come in early to finish it knowing I needed it back asap. Needless to say I was very relieved and my stress level went down tremendously knowing it was good to go. I was able to pick it up before the funeral which was very comforting.
Josh met me at the service door and took me back to the service desk. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes (I could have paid on-line if wanted to).
I can't say enough about how pleased I was with Valdosta Toyota, Josh, and his Team. It is rare these days that a dealership will actually listen to your situation and solve a problem, rather than just take your name, car, and money and not be concerned.
