Men's and women's restrooms were filthy with dirty floors, urinal dividers and toilets, trash, and both smelled of urine. In scanning other reviews, this appears too common for this store, falling short of the QT standard I've come to expect as a longstanding QT fan☹️

The dark skinned young lady with long wig on that worked tonight has an attitude with customers put on gloves just to touch everything and then touch ur food with same gloves.then threw my sandwich to the side and walked off I won't be ordering here anymore. Rude and disrespectful and bad hygiene workers cause money to stay away.

My husband and I got two sandwiches today.. he ordered a chicken bacon ranch and I ordered a big Italian.. there was no chicken on his sandwich at all . My sandwiches was also wrong and not only that but we had to drive all the way back from Hahira to return them. The big tall black manager was very rude and acted like he was bothered by us. He needs to be more more worried about getting his employees to do the job right instead of being rude to customers. He offered to give us a $10 gift card so my husband waited a while and had to ask for it and he just grabbed $10 out the register and gave my husband. We will never return again. Also if the girls would not talk so much they might can know what kind of sandwich they were supposed to make. They remade the sandwiches and after that mine was burnt.. that's our last time eating at that place.. what's crazy is they're the ones that messed up and then they want to be rude to us..

Disappointing location. QuikTrip generally employees people that are friendly and helpful. Sadly, at this location, some of the employees at the counter are offputting, sassy and disrespectful. Must be very funny to laugh behind truckers back, especially when he’s not supposed to notice that. Avoid list.

I will say this is the only time I’ve had a bad experience here. Normally i come during the day time and i look forward to interacting with this lady with a great personality and even the supervisor that looks like NFL player booger McFarland lol. Tonight i came in and ordered two sandwiches and went to fuel my diesel. I come back and the lady that’s in the back completely ignores me so i say “excuse me can you please give me my sandwiches”? She points at my sandwiches on the counter IN THE KITCHEN and says there they go and goes back to ignoring me. I sit there another 5 minutes waiting on somebody else to walk up to help me. When who i assume is the night supervisor and another cashier walks up and I’m signaling to them for help the kitchen lady runs over and grabs the bag and hands it to me while rolling her eyes. As much money as i and other truckers spend at Quick trip it’s unacceptable to be treated in this manner. Please do better! And to reiterate… I’ve never had an issue with any QT other than this time. I’ll still be a customer but hope to not run into this lady again. I probably won’t be as nice next time.
