  Watch out DRIVERS if you stop at Valdosta GA store 4561. The employer inside is swiping his own pilot card. Then swiped ours to make it look good. However we did not recieve our receipt through the app. I got register receipt and our name was not on it, If we swiped our card it would be. Seems to me he is stealing Drivers points.

  I had an issue with their pump and at first thought their response was terrible. I was going to call their corp office the next day for help. Amber, the rep inside the local store, had taken my information and sent it to their customer relations to help resolve the issue. The corp office called me the next day before I called them. They went above and beyond to resolve the issue. I was very impressed they sought out me first and was willing to do whatever it took to resolve the issue. I have always loved to stop at Pilots on long trips. They always have a store to walk around in while you stretch your legs and the best road snacks to help curb your appetite and quickly get back on the road. Thank you Stephanie and Amber for proving why Pilot is a great company.

  It's 5:30 AM and the entire store's been closed since 11:30 PM due to a "technology system" issue... I get why the fuel and diesel pumps are closed, but why lock the doors? Restrooms still work without internet? Cash or an alternatr form of digital payment (CashApp, PayPal, Square, Venmo, etc)? No contingency plan? They should still allow customers to use the restrooms and pay with cash or a digital method.

  My fiancée and i have been customers for years at this pilot. It’s literally right down the road from our home. We went in there the other day and a little boy that works up there was extremely rude to me. My fiancée stood up for me and told him he wasn't going to speak to me that way and when we came in the next morning to get our coffee they had the police there waiting for us to tell us we were trespassing and we had to leave and that that boy accused my husband of threatening him with his gun. My fiancée NEVER put his hand on his gun. But i bet the pilot won’t release any video showing him touching his gun. And the police didn't even have to have proof of what we were being accused of. Completely ridiculous! We spend hundreds of dollars there a month but i bet they will never see another penny from us! It’s crazy someone can be accused of something with no proof. Funny, after looking at all the reviews on here, it seems like pilot customer care only messages people back that leave a good review. They don’t have much to say when someone leaves a bad review or complaint.

  Very nice staff. Vanessa was very nice when serving me pizza. Please give her a raise. Parking was good but the Showers were too hot, like 3rd degree burn hot 🔥 No matter what setting I put it on in Shower #4 it would not cool down at all. I paid for a shower that was unpleasant after driving my 18 Wheeler though multiple states. Please fix this ASAP for the next person. Thank You!
