If you’re renting for business I wouldn’t even bother, had two of their truck motors go out on the 16fts and the last truck I turned in I actually drove again through the company I’m contracted through without an oil change or anything. They don’t do maintenance on their own fleet and had me be a week behind on shipments for my business and started wanting to charge me 2600$ a week after the first one blew up when I was already paying 1,300$ a week originally like how does that even work? The guys up front at the desk seem like they don’t know how to do their job because they have trouble explaining everything and I’m on hold multiple times. And after all this they forced me to turn in the truck after I done spent $15,000+. Wouldn’t recommend.

- SCsantana curtisSep 17, 20251.0It’s funny how you can read so many good reviews and wonder why you wasn’t treated like everyone else. I rented a semi truck from Penske. I didn’t have the truck no more than six hours at the most before a rock hit the back window because the fenders was too short, so I’m left with that bill when it wasn’t even my fault. I didn’t put the short fenders on the truck. if you would’ve come out and change the tire for free how do you charge somebody for a busted window for fenders that’s too short that y’all have on the truck. I was overcharged for miles. When I did change out the truck I was charged For two weeks instead of one week, because cj decided to put me in another truck. I’m ok with giving them one star.. It’s only because the mechanics was really nice and helpful. Take your business elsewhere if you ask me!!!
