Even with an appointment, I’m at the dealership for 1 1/2 to 2 hours for a simple oil change. Express had me out in around 15 minutes and included a vehicle inspection. They were professional, personable and efficient. Thanks Justin, Tim and Freelon!! Side note, they support and employ veterans.
