Those things were a plus after having so many places either forgetting to add oil or either being deceptive altogether.

The technicians pulled out my dip stick and informed me my oil appears to be in great condition, therefore, I didn’t need an oil change They walked me through exactly why I didn’t need one right now, and advised me on when to come back. With me being a woman, I feel like most places would have just done it regardless, as many mechanics attempt to upsell and provide services that don’t seem all that necessary. They proceeded to top off all my fluids and made sure I was well informed on other regular maintenance procedures for my car. The men working were informative, ethical, and kind. I will be returning here for all future oil changes and referring everyone I know here. I believe the man primarily helping me was named Cody.
