  They are very rude here. I don’t even know why. Been coming here for years. I buy a car wash & by pass it to just use the vacuum. Employee said they don’t do that, I said you have but okay & tried to leave. She was still telling me stuff. Which I thought was crazy. Wish customer service was back over there. This the reason I stopped coming. Guess this the last straw huh. SMH.

  I did not know that customer service drive thru addition was bleeding into the car wash drive thru! Today marks the second time I had to deal with nothing but attitude. The first one was I think the female manager giving me attitude about cancellation of two truck subscriptions that we no longer owned the trucks she started acting all smart mouth to me like I was lying about a stupid subscription linked to my card my ID!? The young girl today got ratchet with me because My Whistle stop car wash sticker looks identical to their Goo sticker. Apparently Whistle stop owns Goo but they don’t accept each other’s sticker. Thankfully I had both but that only seemed to make her more mad when she demanded I removed the whistle stop sticker from my windshield. I told her instantly that No I don’t need to remove it because I still go there to get my truck washed! Me having more than one subscription is my business and with customer service like that I can easily go to any other car wash in Valdosta? None of this warrants any kind of attitude so make it make sense.

  I appreciate the carwash its very convenient. Only need the tire cleaning service to be a bit more better. Other than that no issues.

  Just went to get my car washed, my vehicle was being pulled off the rack mid car wash and they told me it must be a problem with my alignment. I work at a tire shop where I had checked my own alignment and hour prior to this, I told them this and they very rudely told me I was still in the wrong.
