  So I have a 2024 and I’ve been using the Kia dealership. Not once did they tell me about my air filter or engine filter. That was checked within the first few minutes of service here and wow. They were kind and professional. It maybe took 15 minutes at the most. I will definitely be coming back here.

  I had an indicator light come on in my car I called and spoke to Mr Steve. He was amazing. He even said that I was closer to other oil changing businesses if I wanted to not drive across town. But all the other reviews were not as good as American lube fast. I came here they got me right in all four of the people working were amazing. Steve, Brett, John and Kandie. Thank you for helping me so quickly.

  Steve and John were a great team! Got me in and out and were so kind!!! Mr. Steve educated me on my car without being condescending. Recommending everyone I know here. Great customer service, great work! 10/10

  My experience here was AMAZING!! Mr. Steve, the manager was so kind and educated me on my vehicle without making me feel dumb. He was so happy and for him being in the heat all day and it being the end of the day it was genuinely so refreshing. He needs a raise! Such an amazing experience and human❤️

  On Sunday, March 30th, I came into the shop while traveling because I accidentally put transmission fluid in my oil reservoir. (The containers looked identical!! 😭 I was just coming back from my dad’s funeral and was a mess.) I was in a panic and far away from home. I drove to the shop and they took me right in, put my mind at ease, and got my car fixed and back on the road. They were absolutely awesome.
