  Customer was great. From the time I walked in the door. Everyone in this place was friendly and helpful. They asked questions about your vehicle to ensure you’re getting the right service. Donnie saw I was standing outside and came to check on me. The guy who did the alignment for me came to ensure I was getting the right the. The female at the counter was great at customer service. You can tell there’s a level of pride and professionalism in this place. Everyone was great. Sorry I don’t know all their names. But I’m sure if you come inside this location on Jonesboro road will not be disappointed.

  Had a flat tire this morning and immediately called for help. I was able to get an appointment right away, and when I got there, Donnie and his crew took great care of me. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was quick and professional. Thank you, Mavis Tire!

  I had all four tires replaced at this shop after arriving with only a tire pressure warning light on. Immediately after the service, the TPMS light came on and has remained on since. When I contacted the store, I was advised to continue driving and that the issue would resolve itself—it did not. Upon returning the next day, I was told I would be charged to repair a sensor that was not malfunctioning prior to their service. I have replaced tires at multiple shops before without any TPMS issues. The lack of accountability and willingness to charge for a problem that arose immediately after service is concerning. I would expect a proper inspection or reset before being told additional repairs are required. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location.

  These guys were amazing and really made the process smooth. Donny’s expertise was top notch and I can tell he really loves what he does. Bryce kept me on my toes & took care of his customers very well. I’m not going anywhere else but here from now on! Great job to the entire crew! Thank you again!

  I was traveling on the interstate from North GA to FL, and just south of Atlanta my tire sensor alerted me all of the sudden that I only had 24 psi in one of my tires. After pulling over and adding some air with my portable pump, a mile down the highway it started losing air so I looked online for a nearby tire repair shop. It was VERY fortunate that Mavis Tire in Union City was a choice, because for a Friday afternoon - when I'm sure everybody was trying to get a lot done before the weekend - they were able to work me in. Jin was the technician and even though it was in a difficult place, he found a small nail in one of the treads. I really appreciate him taking the time to find it and patch. I got back on the road with no further complications. It's hard to be out of town and not know if you can trust a repair shop that you don't have a relationship with, but I can certainly recommend this one!
