  I wish they would answer the phone politely. Omg! Slamming the phone down while I’m still talking is very rude.

  Despite the busyness of the Union City, GA location on Thursday, April 9, the staff demonstrated their wealth of knowledge and experience. Mr. Quaye was particularly professional and courteous. Keep up the good work.

  Staff was professional and prompt with desired vehicle available. Clean SUV with plenty of fuel was ready to touch road. More reasonable pricing for 'spring break' would have made this a 5-star play all day

  This is my go to car rental place. The staff is always so pleasant and helpful! Even when they are busy they still have patience. This is my preferred location for enterprise.
