They explained that a new tire would be $128, which we thought was great. When we told them that it was a rental from Avis the front-end manager (Robert, maybe!) told us that they had a deal with Avis and shouldn't cost us anything. He then called Avis and spent over an hour on the phone, being shuffled around from one person to another. Finally getting approval we were back on the road in minutes. We are so grateful to all the employees at Mavis. They went above and beyond what any ordinary tire store has done for us. Our grandson said Mavis is now his permanent tire store and if we lived in the area it would be ours too. Thanks again Mavis, for everything!
