After walking inside and seeing that it was a fleet car there attitude change. It took more that 2 hours to replace a battery. Their excuse was that the fleet company wasn’t approving the work. After I pursued to ask about approval they were like “they just approved it” even knowing that repairs under 1000 is always approved. At the end when they wanted it took 5 minutes to do the replacement.
