This is a low quality dealership. The service advisor named Josh was short and rude and treated me like an interruption instead of a valued customer. (I hope the ownership understands all the money they spent on customer acquisition is being completed wasted.) The new service manager (Sean?) is ignorant of his own company's marketing mailers. He is dismissive and lacks any solution based skills. I can see why his employees share the same demeanor as bad leadership speeads like a cancer to its e employees. Bella Nissan is good at one thing: scaring off new customers. Bella Nissa , you had thr opportunity to wow a new customer (one that is actually looking to buy 2 new cars.), but you failed. I will take my business elsewhere to a business that actually appreciates their customers. I suggest anyone reading this should do the same. ALM Nissan in Newnam is just a short drive away.

This was my third vehicle purchase with Nissan and once again Merlin J at Bella Nissan made the experience absolutely amazing. He is always a pleasure to work with, his efficient, patient, and respectful of my time never seems to amaze me . I’m never in the dealership long and he consistently works hard to get the best deal for my family and me.
Merlin is not the type to just make a sale. He genuinely listens, is incredibly patient and makes sure you’re comfortable every step of the way. If you’re looking for someone who will truly work with you and not pressure you, he is your guy.
I look forward to continuing to do business with Merlin and the entire Bella Nissan team. Highly recommend!

I had a terrible experience with Bella Nissan. I purchased a used vehicle and was told to take the truck home and bring it back so they could paint the damage, fix the grill, and provide a spare tire. None of that has been honored.
The salesperson who sold me the vehicle, Vic, has been lying and dodging me ever since the sale. Communication stopped, promises weren’t kept, and I’ve been given the runaround repeatedly.
This is my second time back at the dealership, and once again I’ve waited over an hour just to speak to someone. Muhammad has not even come out of his office to speak to me. At this point, I don’t want water or coffee — I want what was promised to me when I bought the car.
The only person who has been helpful throughout this entire situation is the service manager. If not for him, I would have received no assistance at all.
I would never purchase another vehicle from this dealership and strongly advise others to think twice. This experience has been exhausting, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional.

I chose Bella Nissan of Union City after being quoted ~$1,700 for a water pump replacement only and told the repair would take no more than two days. That quote and timeline were the deciding factors.
Instead, my vehicle was kept nearly two weeks, and I was repeatedly told it would be done “tomorrow,” followed by back-to-back excuses including staff illness and technician turnover, with no accurate timeline provided. Upon diagnosis, we were quoted nearly $4000, which was far from what we were originally quoted. After work began, I was informed the timing chain and timing cover also needed replacement, adding $500. While some labor was waived, the final total still was beyond thr $1700 originally expected. Not to mention, the service department was extremely difficult to get ahold of, oftentimes my husband or I resorted to calling into sales and having them get to the advisor, Shantel for an update.
This vehicle is used for my business and client travel, and the prolonged delay caused real disruption in my business. The small discounts offered do not adequately compensate for the misquote, expanded scope, missed timeline, and lack of transparent communication throughout the process.
While the car was ultimately repaired, the service experience was unacceptable. This situation clearly requires management review and corrective action so future customers receive accurate estimates, realistic timelines, and honest communication. I do not feel good knowing I spent such a large amount of money for the service I received.
Update 12/27: my vehicle was not repaired! We ended up having to have it looked at AGAIN due to overheating right after picking it up from Bella Nissan. They had a mechanic come to repair a hose that burst, and he informed us that the engine now needs to be replaced due to a blown head gasket. NONE OF THIS WAS ON THE DIAGNOSTIC!!!! this was not the initial issue and nearly $3k was spent when the same amount of money could’ve been spent on getting a new engine. I’m so frustrated with this situation. This needs to be rectified immediately. I’ve been out of a car for nearly a month.

Purchased a used car for my 16 year old son. Have also used them for service.
Pros:
- Friendly in sales and service department
- For sales we had an appointment and they were ready when we showed up at the scheduled time. We had already agreed on a price.
- If you like texting during sales process, that part moved effectively and in a timely matter
- Car was nicely cleaned and ready when we eventually finalized the purchase
Cons:
- They list a price online and then add a bunch of stuff (pure profit to them type stuff). Not just taxes and standard doc fees. Had the cliche negative "used car" experience. Eventually negotiated down to the price we wanted by having a competitive offer from another dealer. Lots of effort and time on my end to do this.
- One key they gave us when we bought the car didn't work and obviously an easy thing to check. Then had to drive across town and come to dealership for it to be fixed. Lost 3.5 hours doing this.
- Service: for oil change scheduled an appointment 2+ weeks ahead of time. When I showed up was told it would be 3 hours. I was stuck at that point because I drove across town for the appointment. If one values one's own time then wouldn't get service there. The service advisor was nice to warn me ahead of time of the long wait. Something about not enough techs -- which I wish they had called me about head of time (have had other dealers do this)
Other:
- decent basic waiting room for service. Decent (free) coffee
- if you want wifi, the wifi in the service waiting room is very slow (almost unusable) so hotspot off of your phone
