Finding a particular color and trim package, with the options we wanted in a new Armada was proving to be a challenge, at a price we were willing to pay.
We stopped in to Bella Nissan because we wanted to see the new Alpine Green Metallic in person. That’s where we met our future salesman, Vic Odems. Vic encouraged us to take a close look, and opened up a vehicle that hit most of our marks.
Vic is a character (meant in the best possible way). He is high energy, personable, and never stops smiling. He’s also not afraid of a bow tie…stop by, you’ll see what I mean. He’s gregarious and easy to deal with, and most importantly, he LISTENS. We were very specific about our requirements, and though our perfect vehicle wasn’t on the lot, Vic and the team at Bella scoured the area and found EXACTLY what we wanted. I know that’s what they are supposed to do, but too often sales people try to pitch you something that’s what is on the lot, and never really listen. Not the case with Vic. He paid attention, and latched on like a bulldog (Go Dawgs!) and brought us the perfect vehicle. Mohammed, Santos, Vic and the gang made the process pretty darn painless, which was a nice surprise. If they have what you’re looking for, and even if they don’t, give Vic a shout. He’ll listen, and then go to work. I wonder how many bow ties he has….

Service here is painfully slow and incredibly inconsistent. I’ve spent 10 hours at Bella Nissan Union City in the last month dealing with a bad battery and tire pressure issues, and every visit feels like a new set of problems.
The multi-point inspections never match — one visit says $900 in repairs, the next says $3,000, then $1,000, all for completely different issues. It’s impossible to feel confident in the service with that level of inconsistency.
I bought a new tire from them in October and the tire pressure sensor never updated. I came back, waited three hours, and left only to discover the tire was overfilled again — something they’ve done before — and the sensors were completely reversed (right reading as left and left as right).
The waiting room is just as bad. The TVs and music are blasting the entire time, and the music often has explicit lyrics. It’s impossible to work, take calls, or even sit comfortably when you’re stuck there for hours.
After spending six hours here during my last visit, I didn’t even receive a complimentary car wash.
At this point, I will not be returning to this Nissan — and that honestly makes me sad, because this is the dealership where I bought my car five years ago. But after all of this, I can’t trust the service anymore.
Outstanding Experience with Lee at Bella Nissan! My experience with Lee was absolutely amazing! From start to finish Lee was a perfect example of professionalism. He greeted me with a warm smile, was incredibly friendly, patient, and courteous, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed me on every step of the way. His customer service skills are truly top tier he listened to what i needed and wanted, answered every question clearly, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise with genuine kindness, but Lee does exactly that. If you are looking to purchase a car stress free, smooth, and wants a salesperson who truly cares about you as a person please go see Lee at Bella Nissan. Highly recommended as god is my witness if he can’t get you in a car nobody can.
