I was called five times throughout the day and my at home appointment was moved to at their location because of the precipitation from the previous day. When I got to the location for my service I was initially told I would have to cancel and reschedule my appointment until they confirmed with the technician that called me that he did indeed tell me to come there. The coupon code I was given didn't actually work and calling the company did nothing but hang up on me after telling me everything can be done online, and everyone at the location said that they couldn't do anything about it either. In short I will never use Safelite again and I will tell others to never use them either since there are other highly rated comparable services available. Support real business. Also, when the windshield was replaced, the replacement had cracks in it. And I had to reschedule for a new new replacement under my "warranty". So this is either a scam to give you a faulty replacement hoping the customer won't notice or a scam to get the customer out of their warranty.

They must update thier website to be more accurate. So service wasn't rendered. Again this was for my commercial vehicle. And I don't want this review to be taken as this is how other areas of the company functions.
