  Bella Nissan made my experience smooth from start to finish! The staff was professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right vehicle. They answered all my questions, kept me updated throughout the process, and never made me feel pressured. The service department was also quick and helpful. I truly appreciate the great customer service and attention to detail. Highly recommend Bella Nissan to anyone looking for a reliable dealership and a great experience! Ask for Mr. Layton he is truly AMAZING!

  Horrible dealership they lied to get us to come in. My fiancé just had gotten out of the hospital we received a call from the dealership saying we were pre approved and we just needed to come in. It was all a lie to get us in the building. Nothing was done on there end. My fiancé was getting the vehicle and I told them I did not want to be on the application and I wasn’t working. They got my information and told me what I already knew. We spent over 90 dollars in uber rides and left without nothing. Please don’t believe them if they say you have to come in and just pick a car. I asked to speak with a manager he never came. The agents were just walking around it was a horrible experience

  was assisting someone with gathering the information needed to purchase a new vehicle. During the process, we were told that an employment verification was required. We were then informed that the bank was requesting a contract from the employer stating that the individual would be employed for six months to one year. Unfortunately, the employer could not provide such a contract because the position was temporary, and per the company owner, no one can guarantee the length of a temp assignment. After relaying this information to the finance representative, Jason, he was extremely rude and disrespectful to me. I had never spoken with him before regarding this process, so his behavior was completely uncalled for—especially for someone working in customer service. When I calmly told him that he was being rude, he hung up on me. He also stated that he was “tired of telling me the same thing over and over again,” despite the fact that this was our first conversation. If he does not have the patience to work with customers, he is in the wrong field. Because of this experience, I will never recommend Bella Nissan to anyone. This was not a good experience, and the behavior of your finance representative was unacceptable. Jason was extremely rude.

  I went to my appointment there at noon on Saturday April 11, 2026. I was interested in the 2025 Kick for $19,000on there website, set up the appointment to test drive it, get there and the salesman didn't even show me the 2025 Kick. Brought a white Kick out for the test drive even though I said I was interested in the 2025 Kick from their website, showed it to him, I test drove the white Kick, did paperwork just to find out it was a 2026 Kick more expensive than the 2025. I asked about the 2025 again and pointed it out on the lot and told I would have to do all the paperwork again. I got my keys back for my trade in and went to Heritage Volkswagen where they did exactly what I had asked for and they even ran the paperwork for another vehicle, I was approved for both at a reasonable payment and was told that I could take the weekend to think about which vehicle I wanted and to make sure that I was comfortable with the payments on either one.

  ***GAP INSURANCE FRAUD*** I strongly urge anyone considering gap insurance through this dealership to proceed with extreme caution. Based on our experience, what is presented during the sale does not match what you may encounter if you actually need to use the coverage. When we attempted to file a claim, the process became unnecessarily difficult. The finance department was unhelpful, communication was unclear, and we were given repeated runarounds instead of straightforward assistance. What should have been a simple and supportive process turned into a frustrating and stressful situation. We are now pursuing this matter further and hope the appropriate regulatory agencies investigate these practices to ensure other families are not put in a similar position.
