  This is for K.C. at AutoZone (Union City). I must say that I was totally impressed by her customer-service skills. K.C. left a first impression on me that could last a lifetime. My vehicle had an issue. I went to AutoZone, she greeted me, said she'd help me after the customer in-line ahead of me, and followed through on her word. She became available and checked out my ride, She noticed the issue, knew exactly what I needed, found my part, and even installed it for me. She was so patient, attentive, and even shook my hand at the end. Can we say wow? It's exactly what I was thinking on the inside, but I kept my composure. If I ever need anything else in the future, I won't hesitate to visit AutoZone and let K.C. try to work her magic, again. It was definitely a 5-star experience, in my opinion. Special thanks to Ms. K.C..Keep up the great work. You made a rough day so much better. I wish you all the best!

  I had an amazing experience at AutoZone thanks to two incredible employees, KC (Sales Manager) and Akim. They helped me figure out whether I needed a new battery and took the time to properly test everything. After determining that I did need a replacement, they helped me find the right battery for my car. They went above and beyond by removing my old battery and installing the new one for me. While working on it, they also let me know I needed new screws and a strap to hold the battery down and made sure I had everything I needed. I didn’t even have anything to hold my hood up, and they still took the initiative to make sure the job got done. Both of them were extremely nice, respectful, patient, and truly went the extra mile. I couldn’t thank them enough for their help. This level of customer service is rare and very appreciated!

  Great customer service all the employees were really nice and helpful especially Rejauni and Dajon ! I HAD NOT AN IDEA OF WHAT WAS WRONG WITH MY CAR THEY CHANGED THE BATTERY TERMINAL AND REPLACED MY BATTERY WITHOUT ME HAVING TO ASK ! WAY TO GO OVER AND BEYOND FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS ! What a relief to a 8 month pregnant woman and her friend !
