- MGM GMay 2, 20261.0ABSOLUTELY NO!!!! What began as a great discussion to getting potentially a professional service for a dash cam installation....turned into an ultimate failure of customer service, prompt communication and utter disappointment. After showing up on time for the previously agreed upon appointment, I was provided with the followingl points of business failures: 1 - I was greeted by " The guy that just works in the back" no name and not dressed professionally; 2 - the "installation guy" had a flat tire and was sick?; and 3 - Lastly, "The guy that just works in the back" opened a up a call on speaker with "another guy" (who didn't know he was on speaker or didn't care)...stated "they can't get the service today"....With all this in mind....there was no apology, no offer to reschedule, or a compromise to service....So you want to experience a disappointing service, bad business and employees who "just work in the back"....then please enjoy yourself at "Tint World" in the Town of Tyrone....maybe the business should consider just sticking to window tinting!!!! signed by MG the MBA!!!
