  I pulled in to get an unusual budge in my tire checked out, and Ethan immediately shared with me how dangerous it was in terms of a possible catastrophic blowout. He immediately found the replacement tire at a nearby Mavis, picked it up, and Cari got my tire fixed super quick. Mavis Tire and this particular location are not to be beat!!

  Went in to get my brakes inspected/changed and left extremely satisfied. Not only is everyone in that shop kind, but they are extremely professional and will ensure you leave satisfied. Huge shoutout to the manager Ethan for hooking me up with amazing discounts and being so professional. Another shoutout for Capri the mechanic who did my brakes. She took her time and even test drove my vehicle to ensure it’s all good. Definitely going back!!!

  Staff was friendly, but it took 3 hours for them to change two tires. I arrived 20 min early for a 9am appointment that I scheduled days in advance, and didn't leave until noon.

  I recently went to this places for a new tire, I was greeted by Reggie who reviewed my tires and advice me on what was needed. He did sucker me into getting new windshield wipers (haha) as well and I asked for an oil change also. My visit was short/quick and very welcoming. The staff felt like family! Upon checking out I was updated that I will need brakes and rotors next and I followed up with them the following week. Again they remember me and took great care of me. Justin, Ethan and Edmund and it was another person who first worked on my car. I didn’t get there name but they all kept me well informed that my poor car was giving them a little challenge but all in all another great experience. Glad to have met my new mechanic family!

  1 star – Warranty Ignored, Management MIA, $218 Out of Pocket I want to share my experience at Mavis Tire on LaVista Rd in Tucker so others know what they may be getting into. In August 2024, I had my brakes and rotors replaced at this location, which came with a 12-month/12,000-mile warranty covering both parts and labor. Almost immediately, the brakes began squeaking. I brought the car back in July 2025 — still within the warranty period — and was told by the technicians that everything looked fine. The squeaking never stopped. When I followed up with General Manager Sequoia in November, she confirmed that the front brakes and rotors did, in fact, need to be replaced. However, she informed me that even though the parts would be covered, I would be responsible for the $218 labor cost because the warranty had since expired. I pointed out that the issue was reported and documented while I was still under warranty — which is exactly what a warranty is designed for — but that didn't matter. Labor coverage was simply "not an option." I reached out to corporate customer service multiple times, and each time I was assured my complaint was being treated as high priority and that regional manager Wyatt had been personally notified and would contact me. He never did. Not once. Complete silence from management while I was left waiting for a resolution that never came. Ultimately, I was forced to pay the $218 out of pocket without ever receiving so much as a phone call from the regional manager to discuss the situation. I have the invoices and technician notes documenting that this issue was raised during the warranty window — none of it mattered. This is a company that will assure you your concern is "high priority" while doing absolutely nothing. They'll take your money, give you a warranty that means nothing in practice, and then go silent when you try to hold them to it. I would strongly caution anyone from trusting Mavis Tire on LaVista Rd with their vehicle — or their time.
