  I had a great experience at Goodyear Tire & Service Center. Bernie provided excellent customer service from start to finish—he kept me informed every step of the way. I replaced two tires, and both were in stock, which made the process quick and easy. I highly recommend this location—be sure to ask for Bernie!

  I was 6 hours from home for my daughter’s lacrosse game when my car stated having difficulty. The wonderful people here at Goodyear worked me in at 3:45 on a Friday to take care of me. I will forever be thankful for them!! Highly recommend!!

  I had to roll into this service location as a walk-in after my oil light came on. They saw me very quickly, fixed the issue correctly, and helped set me up to take a complaint to the previous shop I was in by explaining the problem and making sure it was typed out on my invoice. Thanks so much!

  Extremely happy customer! Brought my car in for maintenance and Natalie and Jim were warm and knowledgeable. I was a walk-in and they were able to help me right away (note: I was not able to get through on the phone through the automated system bc I kept choosing option 6. Option 1, and possibly others, will connect you to a person). The very next day I blew a tire and was grateful I knew exactly where to have my car towed given my positive experience the day before. It was the middle of the night and I wasn’t sure if there was a drop box, but I only wanted to go to see my new friends over at the Goodyear on Lavista so I was willing to take the chance that I’d have to uber over again in the morning before any work was done. There IS a drop box/key drop. I called at 7:15 am the next morning and spoke with Nahum, who picked up the phone on the second ring and was very friendly and told me they’d already started working on it. Bernie (also very nice) called me at 8:33 am to tell me the car was finished. Shout out to Natalie, Jim, Nahum, and Bernie, but really a shout out to the whole team not only because of the quality of their work, but because literally everyone I walked by smiled at me. This location is run with efficiency and professionalism, and although I’m moving from the area I will likely travel back any time I need my car serviced. Update: my first two positive experiences were not flukes. Returned a couple of weeks ago and this time had the pleasure of interacting with Jacquez in addition to Natalie and Bernie. I was in a serious time crunch and they were able to swiftly change my tire. What’s more, everyone was friendly and engaging once again. And this was on a busy Friday. Will continue to return for as long as I’m in Atlanta 🙌
