Employees will just stand behind the counter staring at a screen when there’s a line to the door. Tonight, they said “stores closing” and closed the door on me at 9:20pm? Needless to say, I’ll spend my money at QuikTrip moving forward.

On October 10, 2025, around 12:30 PM, I was insulted by one of the employees, an older Black gentleman. I asked to purchase a Mega Millions ticket, and after I gave him the ticket I had won $10 on, he became upset and said, “Why didn’t you give it to me first?” When I apologized, he called me a “piece of shit.” This was extremely disrespectful and hurtful. I’ve always enjoyed visiting RaceTrac, but after this incident, I can no longer support this location. I hope management takes this matter seriously so other customers don’t experience the same treatment.
