  Was waiting in line and 2 girls one named Alikah?(Hopefully I spelled it right) And another with her name tag covered (she had a jacket on) with like reddish purple and orange/gold hair behind the counter. The girl with her name tag covered wasn't taking customers, just casually behind the counter talking with people who are clearly her friends or regular customers shes very friendly with. Whatever, i don't care about that. When i do care however, is when im waiting in line for the one girl that is working, and the one that isn't decides to work when another "friend" (i could tell by their conversation), walks in, and gets to skip me in line because she decided to work just for him then she goes back to not working. If you're on break or off shift, stay that way. Don't start working just for your friends allowing them to skip the line, then go back to not working. I can't stand overly unprofessional behavior when you're in a customer facing role, and it was disrespectful to me in general. i will avoid this racetrac going forward. I recommend the QT across the street, they seem to have higher standards of professionalism regardless of location. Racetrac customer can be very hit or miss depending on location, as shown by my visit to this location. If management reads this, it was friday night shift around 8 pm

  Sometimes scratchy people hanging around gas station and staff does nothing about it. A couple is and has been living in a Red Chevy Suburban in the parking lot for years. Definitely bad vibes at times here.

  This location has repeated challenges. For the longest, they closed the store at night even though the QuikTrip across the street was always open (idk, pay difference?) and this weekend they haven't been able to take cash Saturday or today (Sunday). Not sure if the management failed to get sufficient cash, skimped on repair contracts for their registers, decided not to teach their staff how to count back change, or forgot that all the staff have calculators in their pockets. QuikTrip it is for future c-store & fill-up visits ✓

  This location opens and closes when it wants....its now 3:45pm on a weekday and they have locked the doors with 2 employees inside. Busy area... low crime. Customers mad and say it happens all time of day or night although this is a 24/7 day store. Customers everywhere in the parking lot trying to get in to buy but can't and customers inside required to leave abruptly so they can lock up. That is a big chain branded store. What the hell is going on?? Its ridiculous and sloppy to do business this way. Quiktrip across the street should send Racetrac a thank you note for all the new customers. BTW, the gas prices are always the same between QT and Racetrac
