I was so frustrated because my tire light kept going and off and went to some shops and they said nothing is wrong with my tire it’s cold outside so that typically happens but it will eventually turn off but this particular day it was on all day so I decided to stop by Mavis, I came In with an attitude frustrated because I felt mavis was go say the same thing and I was tired. Soon I came in Nartasha looked at me and said it can’t be that bad we haven’t even look at the car yet I instantly smiled and my whole attitude change I explain to her what happen and she had one of the guys to take my tire off and look and it was a tiny hole inside of my tire she gave me a great deal on a tire and I left relieved. I felt heard and I appreciate her for going to the extra mile to see what was really going on. Great customer service is hard to come by and she was bubbly, knowledgeable and kept her energy at high even when mines was at low. Thanks again😊

I met her at the Northlake location and was surprised to see her on Mountain Industrial. I am glad that I chose the right location. - JDJames DeanNov 4, 20251.0AVOID THIS PLACE. First, replace your phones. Communication matters. Your shop phones are busted and you can't hear a thing. Have your front customer facing associates take their headphones out of their ears and act like they care even SLIGHTLY about their job. You are in a customer service business fyi. I arrived with one problem, left 3 days later with another problem. After 2 days with no communication, I had to call you guys for an update. I didn't like your price. I told the person over the phone in the evening that I will be going somewhere else. At this point my car was still in a parking spot. I arrived in the morning and my car was in a bay with the hood up. Why? Nobody knew. They pulled my car around. It would not start. The initial problem not fixed because y'all mark up replacement parts over 200% when you're getting it from AUTOZONE, but now my car doesn't start and one of the workers just shrugged. Avoid this place. They don't know anything. Edit - Just a heads up. When you receive a review that is honest and not glowing, the correct approach is to leave the customer alone, especially when they took their (loyal) business elsewhere. Do not call them with an aggressive tone to complain about your district manager telling you there was a "rude review". I was not rude. I didn't say y'all were "rude". Do better Mavis.
