It was less than 3 miles from my location, so I slowly made my way to the shop. Once I pulled in, I was greeted by an employee that was headed to another vehicle. He assessed my needs and let me know that another employee would be out shortly to get my information. At this moment is when I met Ethan. Ethan was pleasant, and warm. He listened intently to my needs and was committed to getting my vehicle serviced and back on the road safely. I was in & out in about a hour. This experience was so pleasant I’m considering Mavis for all my tire need

As a first time customer showing up so late, they could have turned me away - but Cari told me she would stay open to help identify the leak and see if it could be patched. Sequoia was my tech and she took time with a good attitude to make the patch/plug repair, despite having to stay late. Price was reasonable and it was a simple repair - the 5 stars were for the level of service and the kindness shown when they could have turned me away or grumbled their way thru the work. I have a normal tire shop, but will keep this Mavis in mind in the future now.

But I had to return only a couple days later (yesterday) because of an issue that remained unresolved leading to another issue they needed to address. They, like always, were professional, kind and courteous. I was frustrated. I could have been more courteous. I apologize if my frustration came across as rudeness. They fixed the issue quickly and sent me on my way. Thank you.
