  I went to this store intending to replace just one tire, but the experience turned into a chaotic and frustrating ordeal. I ended up being sold two additional tires and four rims that didn’t fit, and the store refused to issue a refund. I tried to resolve the issue, but the staff offered no solution and treated me poorly. I spent more than half a day one day and several hours the next trying to get this resolved, without success. In the end, I paid $300 for a service that did not deliver what was promised and left with even more problems. They returned the rims, but kept two of my rims and my money, which I consider an unfair and unprofessional experience. I cannot recommend this store if you are looking for honest, efficient, and reliable service.

  I had a great experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes thanks to Ethan, the manager. He was extremely helpful, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Ethan made sure my service was handled quickly and that I understood my options without any pressure. It’s always nice to work with someone who genuinely cares about great customer service. I truly appreciate his help and would definitely return because of the excellent experience he provided.

  Ethan & the outstanding female mechanic were top notch. Ethan showed professionalism and courtesy in all encounters with me and my spouse. The mechanic whom worked on my vehicle was not only efficient, she was very professional and informative. Ask for Ethan for great customer service & ask for the female mechanic to get the job done quickly & correctly.

  "OMG, I'm still shaking after my experience with Omari at Mavis Tire Shop! 🚗💨 I was driving home from work on a Tuesday evening when disaster struck - I got a flat tire on the side of the road. I was freaking out, stuck with no cell service and no idea what to do. Luckily, I spotted the Mavis Tire Shop sign and pulled in, hoping they'd be able to help me out. That's when Omari greeted me with a warm smile and immediately sprang into action. He assessed the situation, got me set up with a loaner tire, and got me back on the road in no time. I was so impressed with how efficiently and professionally he handled everything - it was like he was a roadside angel sent to save me! 😇 Not only was Omari super knowledgeable and skilled, but he also took the time to explain everything to me, making sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the whole process. His customer service skills are top-notch, and I appreciate how he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.   I came into Mavis and was helped by Ethan, and I just want to say the service was top tier. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and polite from start to finish. What really stood out to me was that he didn’t just explain things from behind a counter — he actually walked me to my car and showed me up close exactly what needed attention. He took his time, answered all my questions patiently, and made sure I fully understood everything before moving forward. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing things the right way and treating customers with respect. Ethan represents what great customer service is supposed to look like. Employees like him are the kind of people you want running and representing a business. I’ll definitely be back because of that experience.
