Staff was polite and professional. Appointment was on time. Waiting area was safe and comfortable. Price was reasonable. No hard sales just suggestions for now or later. I would say good manager may be a factor in making this a successful experience. I was here for wheel alignment and tire rotation.

I bought 2 tires from them. About a month later my car gave me a tire pressure error. When I went to add air, the tire pressure gauge was dangerously high, well above range. I proceeded to check all tires and they were all at the same level. Confused, I returned to Mavis. When they checked it, they confirmed what I saw and just said, I guess we forgot to release the pressure at installation. I was pissed. A year later, I went to another show you said that those 2 tires were warped inside. I brought it back to Mavis who told me that the issue was alignment and that they would discount replacement tires. Against first mind, I let them do the alignment and purchased the tires. 3 mths after that alignment one of those tires is spreaded. The kind of spreading that happens because of alignment. They don't know what they are doing. 2 strikes. I'm not going for a 3rd

In April 2025 i brought in 2015 Honda Civic with a dead battery and was told there was parasitic drain on both battery and alternator. Both Alternator and Battery were replaced, starter was tested as good, fuses were checked out. Alternator assembly was replaced. On Oct 27th, 2025 my battery died and I had to get my car jumped 3x. I attempted to call Mavis but by that time it was close 6PM and nobody picked up. I was basically stranded and had to get home. I had to buy a new battery for over $200.00 at Auto Zone. They tested the old battery that was just replaced in April and verified it was dead. I called Mavis at Tucker Northlake this morning 10.28.25. Matt told me that the district manager said that because the old battery was "tampered" with the warranty was null and void. My bigger question is did Mavis correctly address my parasitic drain on the battery and alternator? Or did they just install new ones without fixing the root cause? They billed me for $793.44 back in April which included the new battery. Not I just paid over $200.00 for new battery 6 months later. I have asked for the District manager to call me directly to resolve this. The northlake location is unwilling to help. This is straight up malpractice.
