- FHFrank Hunter5 days ago1.0I brought my 2020 truck in for brake noises but the issue was not resolved. After paying and being told it was fixed, the noise returned as I turned out of parking lot. When I called back, the store manager was dismissive and tried to charge me for more brake pads and rotors Very disappointed in the lack of technical skill and accountability here. Save your money and go to the Mavis On Lavista Rd.

I was freaking out, stuck with no cell service and no idea what to do. Luckily, I spotted the Mavis Tire Shop sign and pulled in, hoping they'd be able to help me out. That's when Omari greeted me with a warm smile and immediately sprang into action. He assessed the situation, got me set up with a loaner tire, and got me back on the road in no time. I was so impressed with how efficiently and professionally he handled everything - it was like he was a roadside angel sent to save me! 😇 Not only was Omari super knowledgeable and skilled, but he also took the time to explain everything to me, making sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the whole process. - JBJason BrownFeb 21, 20265.0Shayla at Front desk Customer Services is Awesome! Here's why; I called about two hours before the shop closed to verify if they had a specific tire in stock. I know usually around this time, tire and brake shops are booked, and I had no scheduled appointment, but when Shayla picked up the phone, I knew I was in good hands. She was very courteous, friendly, informative, and was able to confirm they had the tire I needed. Although I assumed my car would have to be serviced another day, Shayla assured me that they would fit me in before they closed, and that the mechanics would be able to swap the tire I needed replaced. When I arrived, Shayla was there and ready to represent Mavis with excellence. Once Shayla checked me in, she informed me on how long the swap would take, and recommended some eateries to check out in the area while I waited as well. I appreciated that, because I was kind of hungry lol Overall, I would recommend this Mavis Tires and Brakes location because of Shayla and my outstanding Customer Service experience. The mechanic(s) were great and had my car serviced and ready to go right before they closed. I was happy. If you're looking for an exceptional Customer Service representative, and efficient and quality driven Auto Technicians that value their customers, this Mavis location is the place to be. - CNChris NewtonFeb 19, 20261.0DO NOT GO HERE. DISHONEST!!!!!!! Lie, Cheat, Steal. Trying to take advantage of Fleet vehicles. Trying to change the oil, air filter and 1 tire when they were not needed. Didn’t even ask me. Just tried to do the work and force approval. My oil and filter I just had done the week before yet they tried to change them. 1.25 hours and all they did was wait for unapproved work to get approved by the Fleet company. Didn’t even mention work to driver/customer. Refused to give me back my vehicle when I refused to extra service. Stated that it had to be done per fleet. Called fleet. This was not true. Manager (Matthew) that tried to steal from my company is pictured
