I have had a few excellent experiences at this shop for simple repairs, however after my recent experience I would never recommend going here. Something has happened to this place. I called and ordered a specific tire to be installed our van, scheduled an appointment. The email confirmation showed up for 12 AM... odd, but OK. I show up on the day. They had no idea I had an appointment. I get another appointment directly from the front desk. I come back... they say the tires are not there. They apologize and offer a discount on the tires. They call me back days later when they arrive. I go over for a third time. It was near the end of the day, but they assured me they could fit me in. - It took an hour and a half - they left the stickers on the tires - they didn't add caps back to 2 of the tires - they put 10 psi too much pressure in the front right tire - THEY INSTALLED THE WRONG TIRES! They told me to come back the next day and offered a discount on a tire warranty. I noticed when I got home they charged me twice for the warranty, and one was discounted. At this point, they put the wrong Michelins on, but they looked to be a similar specification, I decided to just leave them and go work out the difference in price, since the ones they installed were marginally cheaper. I returned to the store to work this out. They called their corporate office to "fix" it, by removing the discounts on the tires and removing the discounted tire warranty. When I called them out on this, he had to call back to fix the warranty discount, but would not give me any discount on the tires, since they were a different set. This made the tires I ended up with the same price as the better ones I had ordered, because I was now paying full MSRP for them. They would not price match to what they were going for at other stores even. Full price. tl;dr: This place ripped me off and put the wrong tires on. Please avoid this place for your own sanity. They will waste your time, they are expensive, and they are sloppy.
