  The person who helped me was nice and helpful but I was on guard because the previous time I came in (1.2 yr ago), after my oil change, and I drove out several sensors lights came on , then my car started to shake(which it was fine before I went there), and then shut off, I had to get a tow and then had to take it to the dealership due to it had to be reset by the dealership only.. I wasn’t sure if it was from getting the oil change or something else so I didn’t contact anyone. Then last week I was separate for time so I thought I’d give them one more try, I noticed the guy w what looked like a tire gauge and a rolling thing looking at my wheels, and they were doing many services at once , so I stopped paying attention to the tire guy. I asked more questions and then immediately as I was pulling out, my check tire sensor came on, I had no sensor lights on before arriving and hadn’t for the last 5 months that I’ve owned this car.. so I was planning to take it to another mechanic, but when I went to get in the car the next morning, I had a flat(the tires are practically new).. I barely made it to the tire shop and they’re I was told that because it is a Subaru 4 wheel drive, all 4 tires have to have the same wear on them , and that I would have to replace allllll 4 at a whooping $647.. including balance etc .. so no , not happy, will never go back to this place ever again and I will tell whoever the same.

  The oil change service was fast and efficient, but I was disappointed that there was an additional $4.99 shop supplies charge over and above what I had been quoted. I had called before I came and was told by the AI voice (Olivia) that $90 included everything including the old oil disposal. It felt a little deceitful. Maybe next time I bring my own “shop supplies”
