  Extremely happy customer! Brought my car in for maintenance and Natalie and Jim were warm and knowledgeable. I was a walk-in and they were able to help me right away (note: I was not able to get through on the phone through the automated system bc I kept choosing option 6. Option 1, and possibly others, will connect you to a person). The very next day I blew a tire and was grateful I knew exactly where to have my car towed given my positive experience the day before. It was the middle of the night and I wasn’t sure if there was a drop box, but I only wanted to go to see my new friends over at the Goodyear on Lavista so I was willing to take the chance that I’d have to uber over again in the morning before any work was done. There IS a drop box/key drop. I called at 7:15 am the next morning and spoke with Nahum, who picked up the phone on the second ring and was very friendly and told me they’d already started working on it. Bernie (also very nice) called me at 8:33 am to tell me the car was finished. Shout out to Natalie, Jim, Nahum, and Bernie, but really a shout out to the whole team not only because of the quality of their work, but because literally everyone I walked by smiled at me. This location is run with efficiency and professionalism, and although I’m moving from the area I will likely travel back any time I need my car serviced.

  On Wed, Feb 4th, I took my Nissan truck to Goodyear on Lavista Rd in Atlanta, GA to replace 4 tires. I have visited this location in the past with no issues, however, after returning home I discovered a personal item from my middle console was missing. I called the service desk to report the missing item in hopes that someone may have mistakenly removed it. I was told a investigation would be required including a review of the camera system. As of today, I haven't received a response. Replacing tires don't require going through any of my consoles. I feel violated and no longer trust this location. I want the individual to know I'm fully aware of what they did and would like my item back along with an apology. Until then, I will not return for any future services.

  I’ve been to this Goodyear location several times now, and they continue to earn my trust. Let’s be real — Atlanta is not for the weak, and the roads will absolutely take a toll on your tires. Because of that, I always pay for the warranty, and I’m extremely glad I did. Recently, I hit something on I-20 that completely punctured my tire. I called the store, explained what happened, and they immediately guided me through the next steps and provided the number I needed to file for a tow for the following day — which ended up being completely free. Going into it, I was bracing myself for a $300+ tire replacement. Somehow, the professionals here worked their magic and brought my total down to $97. I was honestly shocked — and incredibly thankful. The team here is consistently professional, patient, and helpful. Even though they stay busy, they communicate clearly and keep things moving. My longest wait has been about 3 hours at most, which I consider very reasonable for a high-traffic auto service center in Atlanta. Between the warranty protection, the customer service, and the way they truly look out for their customers, this place has earned a loyal customer. I genuinely appreciate this team.
