And when we get there he’s rushing in our faces and unpleasant. As he’s complaining not knowing I’m bilingual I confront him and ask him why he’s saying they close at 5 when the hours online say otherwise. He says he’s late for a meeting and that they are rushing him???? Chris, his employee, offers to close and to take us and MENKID refuses and scolds that he is meant to close up on weekends. IF YOU ARE RUNNING THE BUSINESS AND HAVE A CLIENT IN FRONT OF YOU YOU DO NOT RESPOND THAT WAY. HE TOLD ME I NEEDED TO BE RESPECTFUL TO BE RESPECTED. YOU ARE DEALING WITH PEOPLES CARS!!!!!!????? He then says his tap to pay may or may not work and that sometimes it doesn’t? And he then tells me to pay for my friends car bc he is rushing. It is a completely unprofessional experience and would not recommend this place to service your car because the man does not know how to run his business. We ended up charging our phones and having to come back to tap and pay and he was still there so where was this 5 o clock meeting????? All of that for what.

We had a blowout early in the morning, and even at 6:30 AM he didn’t hesitate to take us in and make sure we were taken care of. I’m not from Georgia, but I can confidently say that anyone in the area should go see him. His professionalism, kindness, and dedication truly made a stressful situation so much easier. Highly recommended.
