No communication, no update — just disorganization. On top of that, the A/C in the store doesn’t work, and the staff seemed overwhelmed and distracted. I wasted time, gas, and energy, all for nothing. If you can’t fulfill online orders or properly update customers, don’t offer the service. This isn’t the first time I’ve dealt with this at Advance, but it might be the last. Do better.
