  I've rented several times from the Toccoa location. It has been a great experience every single time. Sam especially deserves recognition--and even though this location is well managed and staffed--I'd like to single out Sam's customer service as being 10/10 stars if that was an option. You can't go wrong at this location and we will continue to drive further just to rent from Sam if need be. Great job!

  The other day I needed to make a trip down south to see my grandmother for reasons near and dear to my heart. When I got there I was told that they had no cars available for me to rent. I was very upset and I explained my situation to the attendant who told me to wait and see what he could do. I’m not sure what he did but he pulled some strings and got me a car and even proceeded to tell me how special his relationship with his grandmother is. This is the kind of personable and understanding customer service should be. Everyone should have the same attitude as Cade. Cade if you are reading this you’ll never know how much that meant that you helped me see my grandmother. Five stars! I’d also like to mention that I rent from here often and they ALWAYS take great care of me. Even if I’m going another direction I always choose them because of how fast and efficient they are.

  After Cleveland location helped a lot and was amazing with customer service, we thought we would try the toccoa location and they made of a joke of my and my boyfriends relationship and was very rude about it. I would never go there and work with them if they just think it’s a joke 10/10 don’t recommen. I just feel the attitudes towards us could have been a lot nicer as we were nice but the laughing at our relationship. I have never had someone do that. Horrible location. I think the guy up from names was Chaz but the younger blonde guy and the girl with tattoos laughed and she even bent over laughing about our relationship. Worst experience ever.
