Kind, courteous and professional was his nature and I told him that my finances were limited. He gave me what I could afford and was honest about the durability of the battery. Also, seeing that I was handicapped, he graciously removed and installed the new battery for me. Thanks a bunch !

I went in to get my car tested for a check engine light that came on, and I stopped by to see what was wrong. I guess they saw me coming and moved off the register and went towards the end of the counter and whispered something to each other. As I stood there for a good five minutes, the manager came up and said with no smile or facial expression, "How can I help you?" I replied, "My engine light came on, and I would like to get it checked." So we proceeded to go outside. He led the way right to my car without me even telling him which one was mine. After he plugged the thing in, we proceeded back into the store. There was a guy standing at the counter when we walked up. He didn't tell the guy to step to the side or anything. He didn't tell me what was wrong with my car until I asked. Then he replied. It's like he didn't want to explain to me what the test showed. He just said, "I'm printing it off." That was the worst customer service I've ever experienced in an auto parts store in my life. If I could give you a zero, I would.
