  3 day rental was $3?? And a $300 deposit which I had to forfeit due to turning the vehicle in at a different enterprise rental location... That's just not right. I could see $100 transport fee but losing the entire deposit is just wrong...

  They trapped me without a vehicle at their establishment claiming they didn’t have the car my insurance company reserved ahead of time. Then when I went to pay they claimed that the car the insurance company reserved was going to be a $30 more upgrade (the manager there claims $30 is nothing and I shouldn’t make a big deal of it so they were not going to issue me a refund) the manager claimed he wasn’t working there at the time and to him it looked like an upgrade. Well if they wouldn’t have trapped me at their establishment twice and told me the last second what other choice did I have? Then if I really wanted that upgrade I would not have taken it back a day early. I really didn’t want nor could i afford an upgrade. I had been calling them for months trying to fix this issue with them hanging up on me and they have received messages from Enterprise Corporate and ignoring them. I would wrather walk than have to worry about this liability. Extremely rude people that don’t care about you and UNTRUSTWORTHY!!

  This was THE best experience with a car rental I’ve ever had!!! From the moment I walked in to when I returned the last vehicle I was very well pleased. I was first given an Expedition and the young lady that waited on me answered all my questions and was very quick and efficient! I wish I remembered her name, but she was a 10/10! I was asked to bring the Expedition back about 2 weeks later due to something with the mileage and company policy. That was no problem and the exchange to the minivan was quick and easy thanks to Dante. He too was very pleasant and had me in and out in no time. When I returned the minivan Dante again was very polite and professional. He even found out that I still had another day left on my insurance coverage and we set up the time to bring the van back the next day. How many would’ve done that? Not many! He too is a definite 10/10!! I returned the next day and Dante checked me out in an efficient manner. The whole process to check back in was quickly done. I’ve used other car rentals before due to work and never has it been as pleasant as this experience was thanks to Dante and the other young lady! Keep up the great work because I will definitely use Enterprise in Tifton, Ga the next time I need a rental. I’ll also be recommending them to my friends and family! Great experience!! Check them out!

  Set up an appointment pick up with them. I just needed to inquire about getting a vehicle. Showed up a little early because i knew they weren't going to have a client that early in morning. Only representative there was not helpful and or seemed to be uninterested in my business. No sense of urgency at all, i have used plenty of rental services before and never had an issue with showing up before my scheduled time. I WILL NOT be recommending this specific location to anyone in the future. Very disappointed with the level of professionalism in my own home town.

  If you need to rent a vehicle, get in and outa their on time and want to be treated well,rent from enterprise in TIfton GA. Clean vehicles and a selection of cars and trucks whatever you need for your trip on the road.
