- KKKelseyNov 12, 20251.0My friend booked a car through their website for a trip. The night before they called to confirm we were picking up, which we did. Upon 9 am pick up time the next day they called to say the car was not ready and was being cleaned. They would not give us an estimated time frame. We killed a couple hours around town, and when we called again someone else said they weren't actually cleaning the car and the issue was that they didn't have any cars available. This was incredibly bad customer service and it was only when we said they needed to check other locations for availability that they even bothered to do that. However, the closest one was going to be an hour and a half away which would have added even MORE time to our already 2 hour delay. We had to completely shift our plans around. It was an incredibly frustrating experience with poor communication. We should have been told up front there were no cars available so we could have adjusted our game plan accordingly sooner.

Donta I believe that’s how you spell maybe wrong sorry. But he was amazing he was so kind and understanding with our situation. He tried so hard to get us the right car and make sure we were good. Mr. Roscoe was amazing during the pick up process. He was friendly, polite, and even took the time to explain the controls and features of the vehicle I rented so I could operate it without issues. When I returned the vehicle, Mr. Dante helped me with the return process. He was also friendly, polite and very helpful explaining each step. Both of these gentlemen went above and beyond to help and provide outstanding customer service. I would DEFINITELY recommend this location and this staff to anyone needing a rental vehicle.
