    Messrs. Leonard, Gene, and James were very efficient when I went to get a full service oil change. I went on a Saturday morning. They attended to me very quickly and were also friendly. They inspected my battery, air filter, etc. and of course, got the oil change. I enjoy stopping here for my car service and have been doing so for six years now. If you're ever in Tifton and need a friendly service, you should get your oil change here. Keep up the good service gentlemen!

    Worse experience I have ever had since getting oil changes from this company. When I pulled up the guy seemed to be annoyed and when I was asking questions he was cutting me off talking to someone else. His attitude seemed to progress through the entire time I was there. I’m a 100 percent disabled vet and I told the guy 3 times and asked for military discount and he still told me the regular price at the end and I said “I asked you for the military discount” He proceeded to say “how was I suppose to know you we in the military without an id” I said sir I asked 3 times and you also saw my license plate. He said “give me your id”. After leaving he brought my receipt and dropped in my car. I’m said thank you sir and he didn’t say anything just guided me out with his hands. Also leaving I said “have a good one sir” and he didn’t say anything and didn’t even look my way. Worse experience I have ever encountered and I will not be back at All. I did not get a name but he was a young guy. And thus was about 8:57 am on 11/14/2025. Also everything that is on my checklist was not checked. Actually none of it was checked but on paper it says it was.

    Got there. Bright and early at 8:00. They are very welcoming. Answered all my questions told me what would be my best options got me in and out did all proper checks.leonard help make sure that I knew what a bad filter look like and what a good filter look like. Thank you for the team. Appreciate the oil change.

    If i could give less than a star I would. They put blue lock for bolts on my drain plug for my oil. That’s not suppose to go on there. That can severely mess it up. I shouldn’t have to use an impact to change my oil. Absolutely ridiculous.
