You won't find any better customer service than at this Mavis. Rodney and his team definitely go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and comfortable with what you are purchasing. Great price, fast service, and great communication, this is old school customer service! Ben (service manager) is super knowledgeable and will get you what you want or need and explain everything so you understand. No reason to go anywhere else, trust me! Been there 3 times over the past year, always the same experience, great job guys and thanks again!

Brought a state fleet vehicle here after a flat on I-20. This location is an authorized Fleet provider, yet the manager, Rodney, insisted on cash only and initially refused service. After agency provider called to confirm the account, Rodney changed his explanation multiple times (card machine down, internet/phones down, didn’t want to process payment).
Phones were ringing, invoices were printing, and other customers were told to go withdraw cash from Walmart to pay.
A spare tire was eventually installed, but the invoice listed cash as the payment method even though no payment was made. Very misleading and unprofessional.
Rodney claimed to be a veteran and retired Richmond County captain, which made this conduct especially disappointing and, in my opinion, a disservice to the standards expected of those WE serve.
Corporate should review this location’s management and billing practices. PROCEED WITH CAUTION!!

Manager and fellow veteran Rodney is running the store with an injured leg, doing the work of 3 guys at the front desk during the busiest time of the day. Managing with the credit card machine offline, computers, phones, non-operational, one after the other. Troubleshooting, directing staff, assisting customers without appointments like myself, it was mad impressive-word up! It is my hope he is recognized for doing the big things to keep the doors open, but more importantly, the little things to reassure the customers. Excellent job-serious respect earned. I was originally quoted $65 bucks for a job with my tires 4 weeks ago. I went in about a week or 2 ago to get it done, they were going to honor that original price, but then stopped with an issue of saying my valve stems were stuck when in reality, after getting home and looking at them, they just had nuts you had to take off to get the air out. Laziness if you ask me. I decided to go back, mainly for that price but to as well give them another chance, but was then quoted at least $40 more than my original quote. We talked, and even with me stating they quoted me that price, he still would not come back down to it. Highly ticked off at the unprofessionalism shown to me today. I’m not sure if this does change things because I hope it does not.. But I will say every time I’ve gone in before and gotten a good deal, I also had a man with me. This time I did not. I hope I was not trying to be taken advantage of. And my review BETTER not be deleted neither.
