    This is a completely avoidable review that stems from unprofessional behaviors from both the staff and the branch manager, Kyon West. I told the representative—no fewer than 5 times—that I didn’t want the insurance. When signing she stated that “be sure to treat this car like your own since you do not have the insurance,” which I agreed to. Well it comes to find out that she checked the wrong box and I had the insurance unbeknownst to me until I got my bill. That’s when I spoke to Kyon, who was unprofessional and unreasonable, to say the most! At the end, he finally took the charge off (and the overcharging of gas fill up!). But for Kyon to do so, he was putting me on the “Do not rent to” list for this branch. Comical to say the least—even their corporate agreed with me about that! I have been renting cars for over 20 years, and I have never once had an issue like this. So yes, it’s clearly a personnel issue! As long as Kyon is at this branch, which rental car companies have extremely high turnover, I would avoid this branch!

    Our vehicle was ready when we arrived. Staff was friendly and made everything easy. Return drop-off was the same. Friendly staff. Quick in and out.

    If I could give zero stars I would. I made a reservation days in advance. The day of pickup I was called to confirm I would be there to pick a car. I came in just for them to say they have no cars. I asked the guy there could I just switch to a compact sized car? They didn’t have those either. Furthermore, I felt I wasn’t helped or assisted as I’ve seen others have. There were no accommodations given or anything and the employees just had a “I don’t care” type of demeanor.

    I was a walk-in, the hospitality and service was unheard off, so welcoming, friendly, respectful and made you feel as their top priority! Easy rental process and great price. Car was new and clean. Will rent again when needed.
