    I was a walk-in, the hospitality and service was unheard off, so welcoming, friendly, respectful and made you feel as their top priority! Easy rental process and great price. Car was new and clean. Will rent again when needed.

    My family and I were traveling from GA to SC for my oldest sister’s funeral and my car unexpectedly broke down near Thompson, GA. After going over several options, the best option we found was for us to park my car and get a rental to make my sister’s service. We found this Enterprise and went to try to rent a car. We were met by the most compassionate and empathetic Representative named Emma. She sadly explained they had no cars at all then proceeded to check every other Enterprise in the area. Unfortunately, no one had cars available so we sat outside in the heat making phone calls trying to figure out our next move. Knowing I was five a half months pregnant, periodically, she would come out to check on us, even bringing us cold water while we made calls for an hour and a half trying to figure things out. Around that hour and a half mark, Emma ran out to us to let us know she had a cancellation and ask if we’d be interested. She went above and beyond to help me and my family during one of the most difficult times in my life and I can’t express how much I appreciate her for that. Thank you Emma for being heaven sent and going above and beyond to help a family when you didn’t have to. She deserves the biggest raise! I’d highly recommend this location to everyone. Thank you again Emma!
